【綜合報導】香港又傳嚴重虐貓事件。今天(8日)早上8時許，葵涌葵芳邨一名保安員，在巡邏經過葵愛樓平台樓梯間時，發現一具貓屍，屍體肚破腸流、四肢扭曲，死狀十分恐怖。

警方獲報到場後認為案件可疑，懷疑貓咪是遭人踐踏虐待致死，正進行調查。愛護動物協會人員已撿走貓屍，進行檢驗。

【張勵德／台北報導】上周國際油價走跌，台灣中油宣布從明天凌晨0時起調降國內油價，各式汽油每公升調降0.2元，柴油每公升降0.1元。調整後92無鉛汽油每公升34.5元、95無鉛汽油每公升36.0元、98無鉛汽油每公升38.0元、超級柴油每公升33.5元。台塑石化預計傍晚宣布調價，調幅料與中油相同。

中油公司表示，由於市場預期美國可望限縮空襲敘利亞規模，舒緩原油供應緊張的預期心理，加上季節已漸由夏轉秋，原油需求預期將由旺轉淡等因素影響，導致上周國際油價下跌。調價指標油價周均價為每桶111.71美元，較前周下跌0.45美元，加計新台幣升值後，依公式計算跌幅為0.6％，汽油每公升調降0.2元、柴油每公升調降0.1元。

最近朋友推薦我看 [燦爛的遺產] 一向不是很喜歡韓劇的我竟然完全被吸引住了 想問版上的神人們知道戲劇中的一首配樂嗎? 那首配樂經常在緊張的時候出現 不是fate,second story這首喔 fate,second story都是用在最後面居多 我想找的那首一般都在戲劇一開始出現的 但曲風跟fate,second story有點類似 比較明顯出現的地方就是 恩星的爸爸在墓地追車的時候 還有在27集一開始恩星跟爸爸再見面的時候 找過原聲帶 發現16首中都沒有收錄這首歌 http://youtu.be/FOMdOK1wqZg

特偵組昨天指出，立法院長王金平、民進黨團總召柯建銘涉及關說，違反立法委員行為法，有無行政責任屬國會議事自律範疇，司法不宜介入。立法院紀律委員會能否發揮效果，引發議論。

民進黨立委李俊俋說，紀律委員會是否處理，非本案目前重點，若真涉及關說，可用瀆職罪辦理，但特偵組卻公布沒有案號的案子，還直接公開譯文，根本是政治動作。

李俊俋表示，如果司法單位變成政治工具，存在只為整肅異己，那還是廢了特偵組吧。
