王略勝一籌 馬出招惹議

馬王「九月政爭」連日佔據新聞焦點，傳播學者分析，目前雙方在政治傳播策略上的表現，王金平略勝一籌。王金平採取低姿態，不斷強調對黨的忠貞，不僅博得藍營部分派系立委支持，也讓外界擔心馬政府「東廠復辟」；馬英九的攻擊力道過於強勢，非把人逼上絕路不可，選在王嫁女兒宴客時出招，在華人文化社會中，易給人不夠厚道之感。

中正大學傳播系副教授管中祥說，王金平壓低姿態以退為進，比對馬英九強烈手段給人東廠復辟聯想，確實成功博取較多民眾的同情。但回到關說案本身，無論最後雙方如何鬥爭，民眾最想知道的還是事件的真相。

管中祥認為，假如馬英九遵循民主法治程序，並在證據充足情況下，以重振司法威信、清廉政治為由，要求王金平下台，大多數的民眾理應歡迎。但馬不僅未依法定程序，甚至還選在王嫁女兒宴客時機點出手，在國人文化中自然會引發不厚道、觸楣頭等批評。

王金平喚起大眾同情

管中祥指出，王金平「以退為進」的策略，不僅削弱馬直接攻擊的力道、喚起大眾的同情，同時也會讓泛綠立委認為馬政府東廠復辟、泛藍的立委認同王對黨的忠貞，即使最後被撤銷黨籍，也可保住政治勢力。

台灣師範大學大傳所教授胡幼偉則比喻，當前的社會氛圍，就好像全村的人在看一戶人家教訓子弟，犯錯的人當然該受懲誡；但做大家長的人卻把人逼上絕路，村裡多數人不是不懂是非，只是認為沒有必要做到如此「魚死網破」的地步。

王作法容易聯想為關說

胡幼偉指出，即使王金平沒有刻意替民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘一案強烈關說，但身為立法院院長，卻在敏感時機打電話給前法務部部長曾勇夫，從時間點與通話內容，很容易被聯想成關說行為。

事後王金平在再以「肖話來肖話去」，形容他與柯建銘的談話是「安慰話」，即使在返國後召開記者會姿態放再低，不斷強調自己對國民黨的忠貞、對馬主席的尊重，胡幼偉認為，比對王金平的老練，這番發言易讓人感到不夠誠懇。

馬忘了留轉圜餘地

至於馬英九搶在考紀會召開前，就以強烈措詞指責王金平不適任立法院長。胡幼偉表示，這樣的作法不但會讓民眾產生負面觀感，同時也忘了替自己留下轉圜餘地。

管中祥表示，回到關說案本身，大眾最想知道的還是事情真相，目前兩位政治人物言行都在模糊焦點，馬英九頂多只能拿50分、王金平則是55分。胡幼偉則表示，依照馬王豐厚的政治資歷，雙方在政治傳播上的表現頂多只有70分。
