因為換工作的關係 近日傖促的在新工作的附近租屋 房東請仲介代理所有事項 租約上房東要提供冰箱、雙人床、冷氣、洗衣機 但入住後發現冰箱和雙人床都是壞的 與房仲反應，都拖拖拉拉，不然就是沒下文 如果提供的東西是壞的，算房東違約嗎？ 真的很怒！很想退租！ 請有經驗的版友幫忙解答，謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.74.174.44

【陳宏銘／屏東報導】屏東縣林邊分駐所結合中華民國大慈功德會等慈善團體，今天上午在分駐所發放米、油、醬油等物資給當地的一百八十戶中低收入戶等弱勢家庭。領到物資的李姓老婦稱，生活難過，感謝各界的愛心。
 
　中華民國大慈功德會會長莊證耀表示，這次活動在警方及當地村長提供弱勢家庭、民眾的名冊下，逐一電話通知前往領取。林邊分駐所長羅德慶則不居功的說，感謝這些善心人士來幫忙林邊鄉親，讓大家過個中秋佳節。

【綜合報導】提到北韓女主播，慷慨激昂的李春姬絕對是最好的樣板。但日本TBS電視日前採訪北韓中央電視台，卻意外發現金正恩不喜李氏播報風格，要求女主播應語調柔和、態度輕鬆。

北韓中央電視台主播金永信稱：「去年2月的時候金正恩書記說過，主播們都太嚴肅了，要稍微柔和一點。」於是主播們在一些較輕鬆的社會生活和經濟報導，改以較溫和、更生活化的語氣進行播報。
