宜蘭縣員山鄉公所今天起，發放腳踏車給鄉內323名鄰長，希望這些鄰長有了這些「腳力」，提升為民服務品質。

員山鄉長江永和說，鄰長為無給職，平時辛苦協助村長推展村里多項業務，甚至災害發生時，還擔任民政系統的災情查報工作，是行政部門第一線尖兵及溝通橋梁，不畏風雨，辛勞不言可喻。

他表示，為體恤鄉內323位鄰長辛勞，鄉公所日前編列新台幣90萬元，採購公務腳踏車給每名鄰長，相信鄰長們有了這些「腳力」，可以提升為民服務品質，也可以透過執行各項公務，達到節能減碳及鍛鍊身心健康的效果。

鄉公所說，為因應鄰長不同需求及轄區地理特性，各鄰長可以選擇登山車或淑女車，並於今天起由鄉公所與得標廠商，分別送達給各鄰長。

【綜合報導】美國華盛頓槍擊事件，根據《每日郵報》(Daily Mail)的最新消息，目前海軍軍方確認，共有10人中彈且命危，都已送往附近醫院急救，其中1人是警察、1人是在當地服役的海軍軍官。目前已知兇嫌使用的是一把AR-15自動步槍，附近大樓中上班的民眾已經都被疏散到適當的掩護場所。

目前海軍造船廠周邊地區都已管制，華盛頓雷根機場也已暫停對外班機起飛。

餐廳名稱：綠色空間 消費時間：2013/09/06 地址：台南市安平區永華路二段520號 電話：06-299-0982 營業時間：AM11:00~PM22:00 公休日：無 每人平均價位：295~380 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：簡餐、火鍋類 圖文網誌：http://literaryouth.pixnet.net/blog/post/236348075 ----------------------------------------------------------- 綠色空間本店開在玉井，因為在山上，所以視野相當遼闊，是個頗為知名的餐飲空間。 而市區的分店原本位在怡平路，後來才搬遷到現址。 裡面相當寬敞，二樓也有座位，不會覺得太擁擠。 擺設雖然沒有太多的設計感，但是簡簡單單的，還不至於讓人不舒服。 還附設兒童遊戲區，牆上的樹木意象很符合店名。 供應的餐點十分多樣，看看其他客人點的餐點，不少人點火鍋與簡餐。 在友人的推薦下，點了蘋果燉牛肉；朋友則是點了鹹蛋金沙蝦球， 飲料選了芒果蘇打和特調奶茶。燉牛肉是選用適合久煮的牛肋條， 帶筋的部份燉的很透，口感黏稠濃郁，十分入味。 因為與蘋果燉煮，所以味道十分香甜，有點像糖果的味道。 配菜有肉燥銀芽、沙拉、豆腐佐皮蛋芝麻醬與一碗蕃茄胡蘿蔔湯， 印象最深刻的是皮蛋芝麻醬與湯品。 皮蛋芝麻醬主要是皮蛋的香氣，但口感不會向原食材一樣可怕， 味道也不像蛋黃部分的嗆鼻，應該是芝麻起的作用，讓皮蛋的味道更為圓滑平順。 至於湯品的部份，主味是番茄的香氣，後味會帶出淡淡的胡蘿蔔味， 但不會很強烈，不愛吃胡蘿蔔的我也能輕鬆享用這碗湯。 飲料與甜點並不突出，但主餐還不錯，畢竟再厲害的店也是有他的弱點。 整體而言，這樣的環境和餐點適合多人聚餐，也適合來談生意(誤) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.171.166.42

【姚瑞宸／新北報導】旅日棒球選手陽岱鋼，在今天日本火腿vs.軟銀鷹之戰，跑出個人本季第37次盜壘成功，繼續雄踞太平洋聯盟盜壘排行榜首位，領先第2名的西武獅洋砲傑曼(Esteban German)有5次之多。

前幾天在網拍上買了一罐桑多麗prior S毛髮強化收斂保濕護髮素800g 今天去店取 ，結果背後的中文標品項名卻顯示是延命草毛髮保濕護髮素 問了店家，店家表示是公司產品改名了 (店裡還有去年製造的500ml，品項名卻是毛髮強化收斂保濕護髮素) 但我在網路上都搜尋不到這項"延命草毛髮保濕護髮素"的產品 打去進口商弘嘉貿易有限公司詢問，他們也只叫我去跟店家詢問 = = 想請問有人有人買了今年製造的桑多麗prior S 嗎 ?(我這罐是今年六月製造800ml) 不知道瓶身後面貼的中文標品項是什麼呢?謝謝~~(現在好擔心啊~ >"※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.142.255.203
