中央氣象局表示，今天凌晨強颱天兔暴風圈碰觸陸地，上午7時許，台中以南在暴風圈的範圍內，請民眾注意強風豪雨。

氣象局指出，上午7時天兔颱風的中心位置在鵝鑾鼻的東南方約190公里海面，7級風暴風半徑280公里，以時速19公里向西北西進行，近中心最大風速每秒53公尺，預測明天上午5時的中心位置在鵝鑾鼻西方約290公里的海面。

氣象局說，天兔颱風暴風圈已進入恆春半島、台灣東南部及台灣南部陸地，對花蓮、臺東、恆春半島、南投、台中以南及澎湖地區構成威脅，各地風雨逐漸增強。

陸上警戒區域包括蘭嶼、綠島、台東、恆春半島、屏東、花蓮、高雄、台南、南投、嘉義、雲林、彰化、台中及澎湖。

海上警戒區域包括巴士海峽、台灣東南部海面、台灣東北部海面、台灣海峽及東沙島海面；降雨警戒區域為宜蘭。

天兔颱風侵襲，恆春半島首當其衝，今天早上已颳起10級陣風，雨陸續下著；滿州鄉70多名民眾預警性撤離。

天兔颱風直衝恆春半島，屏東恆春半島以外地區下著間歇小雨，風也不大，屏東北區甚至無風狀態，唯獨恆春半島風強雨大，已起颳10級陣風。

大雨間歇下著，恆春氣象站表示，恆春到上午7時30分，今天累積雨量50多毫米。

恆春鎮居民遇豪雨必淹地區，居民昨天晚上忙著架擋水牆；滿州鄉長樂村居民也擔心淹大水，居民決定要預警性撤離，昨天晚上70多名居民撤離到長樂國小。

除了南迴鐵路停開外，屏東客運今天全面停駛，往墾丁的各家客運公司也停駛。

免費里程數這種東西本來就是有問題的
現在不是說高速公路沒人用要搞開幕大特價
而是用的人太多要一直加蓋
這樣子做不就是代表政府支持短程使用而去坑長程的人的錢
但高速公路本來的規劃就是要給長途使用
這種情況根本就是本末倒置
那這樣子是不是大家就要跟台北的UBIKE一樣
用到極限了就趕快換

標題[求助] 如何化解這尷尬

小弟我是屁孩高中生........ 怕太長鄉民大哥大姐們沒時間幫我，所以我盡量寫簡短但詳細 ------------------------------- 我跟我喜歡的女性朋友，關係大約是比普通朋友要好一點 由於她個性比較冷漠不好熟，所以關係上一直以來都是我主動 （她也說她自己比較喜歡別人帶話題給她，也覺得自己比較難聊） 就在這禮拜，為了她的生日，我做了一份生日禮物 雖然有朋友的幫忙，但生日禮物的東西大多是我在著手 生日禮物大概就是：一個大盒子，盒外底頂和盒蓋內都有繪畫＆裝飾 （大多偏搞笑的方式） 盒內我用紙貼成全黑的，四周貼班上的合照，底部貼她的個人照 接著把大家寫得生日小卡片和大家合資買的帽子放進去 然後順便附上一本自製「流程書」，寫著大家如何準備這份生日禮物 內容也是偏搞笑，但是內容喜歡她的暗示性好像有點重 （雖然她多多少少本來就知道我在追她） 生日當天，如期的送出去，陪她聊天聊到捷運站 本來要一起回去，但好死不死錢包在學校，只好折返 我有跟她說，晚上10點記得接我電話，這盒子有秘密 10點，打電話先喇賽一下緩和氣氛，然後叫他打開蓋子 問她是否覺得：奇怪，大家都有寫生日卡片，怎就我沒寫＃＠＊（＆之類的 接著，我就叫她把所有貼在裡面的相片拆下來，因為我把話都寫在照片背面 但是內容喜歡她的暗示性又好像有點重....... 雖然她說，其實她發現照片後面有字，因為掉下來了....不過她沒全拆 電話的內容大概就這樣，然後說聲生日快樂之類的就結束了 敗筆來了....... 因為賣帽子的老闆跟我說，假如妳朋友想要試試其他頂帽子的話 把她帶來挑的話，他可以免費讓我朋友換一頂喜歡的 ps：因為我買的帽子比較保守，同時她也不是那種適合花帽的 由於我忘記電話裡親口跟他說這件事（過5分鐘後打電話也不接） 所以我只好傳簡訊問她，要不要去挑帽子，畢竟是生日禮物要挑自己喜歡的 結果我還白目的補上 「假如妳覺得這樣很怪的話，就當作我約妳出去聊聊天吧（這樣更怪？！） 如果妳真的怕我這瘦弱的小男孩把妳吃掉，那就找個朋友陪你來吧！」 接下來的情形，就跟早期的MSN離線訊息一樣， 她就沒有再回我簡訊了，不然她通常都會回....... ----------------------------------------------- 事後和男性好友檢討討論，歸類出的結果是 1.我太急了，這樣會嚇到她 2.我和她的關係定義，或許還只是普通朋友，沒比較好一點 ------------------------------------------------ 請問鄉民大大們，我該如何化解這尷尬？ 就順起自然，自己別覺得尷尬的如平常生活？ 還是我主動化解尷尬，說聲抱歉嚇到她之類的？ 麻煩各位情場高手開示小弟了Q______Q -- 作者 Mysex (超強猛騎) 看板 Gossiping 標題 [問卦] 有沒有世紀帝國2不死的八卦??? 時間 Tue Oct 23 21:57:24 2012 推 AFROGUNSO:我的村民都在領22k 看來我該去跑步了 10/23 22:08 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.123.205

歐洲股市周五走低，自昨日所創的數年高點回檔，德國周末選舉前，投資人退場觀望。

歐洲Stoxx 600指數下跌0.3%，收於314.20，削減本周漲幅至0.9%。

周四，該指數創下2008年6月以來收盤高點，美國聯準會意外維持購債計劃不變，帶來利多。Fed指出，抵押貸款利率上升及聯邦支出下降，可能減緩經濟改善速度。

分析師說，長期而言，我感到意外又失望。股市因Fed而上漲，但這只能提供短期支撐。

聖路易Fed銀行總裁Bullard周五說，縮減購債可能於10月再回到檯面。他說，因經濟數據轉弱，才決議不開始縮減購債，10月仍可能開始小幅縮減購債。該談話對歐洲與美國股市構成壓力。

德國周日將舉行聯邦選舉，投資人今日無意大量進場。主要問題在於由梅克爾領導的聯合政府是否再度勝選。近來的民調顯示，梅克爾支持度下降，中間偏左的社民黨支持度則上升。

德國DAX-30指數下跌0.2%至8675.73，自周四所創的記錄高點回檔。本周，上漲2%。

法國CAC-40指數下跌0.1%至4203.66，但本周上漲2.2%。

英國FTSE-100指數下跌0.4%至6596.43，本周漲幅縮小至0.2%。

銀行股帶來壓力，在法蘭克福，Commerzbank (DE:CBK)下跌1.2%，在巴黎，Société Générale (FR:GLE)收低0.9%。

Adidas AG (DE:ADS)股價下跌3%，因多種貨幣兌歐元貶值，該運動品廠商調降全年獲利展望。

根據道瓊斯通訊社報導，肯薩斯市Fed銀行總裁Esther George周五說，聯準會(Fed)決議維持購債計劃(QE)不變，引發了央行信用問題的擔憂。

在本周稍早的Fed政策委員會投票中，George是唯一反對延後縮減每月850億美元購債計劃的委員。

在紐約發表演說時，George說，央行並無必要等待更多證據，證實經濟強勁，足以縮減振興措施。

他說，因為延後，市場可能誤以為Fed的展望是疲弱的。
