【寶智華／雲林報導】莿桐鄉大美楊桃專區受日前康芮颱風淹水影響，果實雖未落下，但受水傷逾四成，採收後不耐久放，批發價格由每公斤4、50元掉到10元左右，農民爭取補助，政府相關單位卻以落果率來評估，初審未通過補助標準，本月18日複審，結果尚未出爐。

農民們擔心天兔颱風會把尚堪採收的熟果打落，仍加緊採收，不過精算運銷成本後，賺不到錢，只希望能回本。部分果農把楊桃倒地餵雞，無奈的說：「這陣子用楊桃餵雞，餵到連雞都不太想吃了，政府有看到我們的痛嗎?」

【王玉樹／台北報導】受強颱天兔影響，截至今日中午止，台電統計全國共有4萬2055戶停電，經動員搶修後剩2萬198戶仍待復電，主要集中在台東、屏東等地，停電原因多為配電線路設備因強風吹襲受損，台電表示將動員儘速搶修復電。  

另核三廠在颱風來襲前已提早降載解聯，2部機組於今早6時17分安全停機後，有4部緊急柴油發電機及1台氣冷式緊急柴油機可提供安全設備用電。

【綜合報導】陳妍希接演新版金庸武俠劇《神鵰俠侶》「小龍女」一角後負評連連，被酸臉圓有如小籠包的她積極減肥。今她在微博po聚餐照，註明「他們和我的晚餐」，只見一堆美食照中，她卻捧著一盒自備的水果，網友不忘再插一刀說：「妳乾脆絕食吧，妳稍微吃一點就成胖子了，整天曬自己的那點兒扯淡飯有啥意思。」也有粉絲心疼回應「只是吃水果？減肥真件痛苦的事」、「為了減肥……唉早知道這樣別演小龍女不就好了嘛」。

【綜合報導】編號第19號強颱天兔，被美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）形容成今年地表最強的「魔鬼颱」，今天凌晨暴風圈觸及台灣陸地後，各地風雨雖增強，但威力卻不如預期，遭網友諷刺「無感。」

不少網友說高雄無風無雨，無奈的表示聽氣象報告浪費了3天假日，更有網友KUSO的形容CNN的颱風新聞，快跟「英國研究」一樣了，但也有網友不認同表示，花蓮、台東及屏東風雨很強，要大家別當井底之蛙。

專家表示，這次天兔颱風行進的路徑，較原本預估的路徑偏南，是好事，不能說氣象局不準，現在的狀況是比較好的演變。

「共同通信社」報導，美國前總統甘迺迪長女幾乎篤定接任駐日本大使，東京當局認為她能夠「直達天聽」，有助於強化美日同盟，但也有些人擔心她缺乏外交和政治經驗，反而傷害兩國關係。

「共同通信社」昨天說，日本政府認為卡洛琳·甘迺迪「與總統歐巴馬關係緊密，（就任後）日本的意思可直接傳達給白宮」。根據外交消息人士，卡洛琳·甘迺迪「與歐巴馬的關係緊密到可以直通電話的程度」。

外務省官員表示，卡洛琳·甘迺迪與美國國務卿凱瑞「交情頗深」。因此東京政府內部人士認為，卡洛琳·甘迺迪接任有助於日本進一步強化雙方在北韓核子和釣魚台問題上的合作。

有關釣魚台方面，卡洛琳·甘迺迪在參議院任命聽證會重申：「美國一向堅持日美安保條約第5條適用於釣魚台的立場。」她還提及已會晤太平洋美軍司令洛克利爾和駐日美軍司令，將致力強化日美同盟。

日方擔心的問題之一是，重視人權的卡洛琳·甘迺迪如何處理慰安婦問題。政府人士分析，如果卡洛琳·甘迺迪就任後質疑安倍政府的發言，兩國關係可能出現波折。

卡洛琳·甘迺迪擁有律師資格、還是作家，據說淨資產高達2.8億美元。

日美消息人士指出：「美國歷任駐日大使中，卡洛琳名氣最大。」如果卡洛琳·甘迺迪成為美國首位駐日女性大使，不僅政治經濟方面的發言，她的生活方式和服飾也將備受關注。

打擊率2成89，上壘率3成36，對一般球員來說都已是不錯的成績，分居排行榜第11及12位，但「花花」張正偉前兩季替自己打下超高標準，打擊率均超過3成5，很容易讓人覺得花花今年似乎陷入低潮，有些落差。

花花本季成績至今不若前兩年耀眼的主因是腰傷，他坦言，季初就困擾他的腰傷並未痊癒，多少會影響打擊及出棒，「但球季就快結束了，全隊都在拚下半季冠軍，我不想缺席。」

花花的腰傷其實一度快接近痊癒，但因內心急著回到球場，反而欲速則不達，現在花花只能盡可能地學習與傷痛相處。

「球員多少都有傷，難免要帶些傷打球。」花花覺得其實問題不算太大，但重點是如何在比賽中既避免傷勢惡化下，又能保持一定的表現，「有時在這樣的情況下要維持好成績，真的不太容易。」
