【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名福和客運的林姓駕駛，今天早上6時許，駕駛著大巴士準備前往金山發車，途中經過暖暖源遠路時，未注意巴士車身高度，應聲擠進限高2.3公尺涵洞，導致車身歪斜變形。路過民眾見狀趕緊通報一一九，並驚恐地說：「怎麼撞成這樣！」所幸林男僅臀部擦傷，送醫後無大礙。
 
福和客運人員向警方表示，林男甫上班10天，疑似路況不熟才釀禍，林男會自行處理賠償事宜。警方事後對林男進行酒測，發現林男並未喝酒，目前正在釐清肇事確切原因。

【劉志原╱台北報導】吳姓男子今年2月間任職於台北市NOVA商場時，利用職務之便，將店內價值590元的迷你無線路由器拿回家自用，並將訂價800元的4G記憶體以600元售出後侵吞貨款，台北地院依業務侵占罪，判他11個月，可易科罰金33萬元；仍可上訴。

判決指出，吳男拿走迷你無線路由器及賣出記憶體後，均在店內的電腦出貨單上，登載貨品已售出，經店家發現貨款金額不符，調閱店內監視畫面後才知是遭被告拿走，立刻報警處理，吳男遭檢察官起訴後，當庭向法官認罪，法官考量被告沒前科，他犯案2次各判刑6個月，2罪合併執行11個月，可以罰金1000元易科1天。

【綜合報導】宜蘭蛇蠍人妻黃郁玲（31歲）前年七夕情人節當天，和小她十二歲的情夫黃乃文（19歲）做愛三次後，教唆黃男行兇殺夫，黃男以八十萬元代價找上死黨潘家榮，一起將黃女丈夫李建穎打昏勒斃，高院昨痛批黃女心狠手辣，依教唆殺人罪判她無期徒刑，潘男判刑十二年。至於黃男已在去年被判無期徒刑定讞。

在押的黃郁玲昨被借提出庭聽判後，在法庭外哭喊：「我沒有殺人，沒有教唆，為什麼判我無期徒刑？為什麼沒有給我時間證明？律師，救救我！」高院二審於六月開庭辯論時，李建穎的父親表示：「這女的很惡毒，她要買房子，要做早餐店生意，都是我賣田去給他們錢的，我希望最好是判她極刑，就是要死刑最好。」

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】農曆6月30日子時（晚上11時15分），是民俗中鬼門開啟時刻，有2百多年歷史的宜蘭市放水燈活動，深夜在宜蘭河展開，逾千盞以蠟燭為光源的大小「蓮花水燈」，及一座座點燃冥紙的紙紮「水燈頭」，順著水流而下，象徵邀請陰間的朋友來做客，並為好兄弟點亮回人間的路，在普渡法事後平安回去，藉以祈求鬼月平安。
 
今年中元普渡宜蘭市水燈節活動，依慣例由宜蘭市各傳統市場、魚肉、蔬菜、雜貨商所籌設的各式各樣花車、陣頭，於宜蘭文化中心集結後，在晚間7時開拔，展開巡舊城的踩街繞境活動，沿途鑼聲、鼓聲不絕於耳，熱鬧萬分，繞境隊伍並聚集宜蘭河舉行水燈法會後，於子時鬼門開一刻「放水燈」祈福。【更多精彩內容，請看《蘋果跑跳碰》粉絲團】
