肯亞總統甘耶達（Uhuru Kenyatta）向全國發表電視演說表示，今天發生的首都奈洛比購物中心遇襲案，造成39人喪生和150人受傷。

甘耶達表示，肯亞「以往曾克服恐怖分子攻擊，我們將會再度擊敗他們」，並告訴全國人民，他本人「也在西門（Westgate）購物中心遇襲事件中痛失親人」。

他說：「我們的安全部隊正著手殲滅攻擊者，以及掌控購物中心。」

與蓋達組織（Al Qaeda）掛鉤的索馬利亞激進團體青年黨（Shebab）表示，它的戰士發動這起攻擊。

甘耶達指出：「他們意圖在我國引發恐懼和沮喪，但我們不會被嚇唬到。」他並誓言追捕涉案者。

一過中秋節，作為禮品的月餅即使再貴重，也立刻不值錢了。大陸官方媒體今天報導，大陸一些月餅已在半價銷售，甚至低價賣到農村去。

大陸中國之聲「新聞晚高峰」報導，中秋節前夜，河南鄭州街頭的月餅賣點紛紛開始降價銷售。一盒先前售價將近人民幣300元（約新台幣1500元）的品牌月餅，經銷商打出150元的處理價，引得民眾紛紛搶購。

陳姓經銷商指出，這兩天月餅基本上都按進貨價賣，圖個回本。月餅已打對折，今天賣85元，昨天還賣160元。現在出來買月餅，「沒人會掙著你的錢」。

但是，賣不完的月餅怎麼辦？經銷商說，就銷往農村地區去。「剩點貨底，到那，農村人買東西都拿著大袋子買，一個人誰不買幾十個。」

另外，報導說，還有些存貨較大的，就由經銷商退回給廠商，廠商把月餅切成塊，裝到點心盒裡當點心賣。

經銷商透露，「把月餅切成四方塊都放到點心盒裡，你知道小孩們去蛋糕房裡買的小塊裝到瓶子裡，那就是月餅加工成的。」而且肯定合法，因為又沒過期。

生產廠商宣稱，一般月餅的保存期限是40天。

經銷商還說，「剩幾盒賣不完了，俺把月餅吃了，盒子放著明年再賣。盒子不會壞，月餅俺還可以自己吃。」

另外，報導說，河北邢台一家老字號月餅生產企業把節後剩餘的部分月餅當成過節的福利發給了員工。

不過，大陸這幾年仍不時傳出「陳年月餅」、「陳年糕點」，報導呼籲大陸當局，對節後剩餘月餅，應建立起可監督的處理機制。

【林慧娟／綜合報導】好萊塢資深影星湯米李瓊斯（Tommy Lee Jones）在新片《日落真相》飾演美國二戰英雄麥克阿瑟將軍，67歲的他對於詮釋「麥帥」掙扎許久，導演彼得韋伯每天「勾勾纏」，才讓他點頭答應。
 
湯米李表示：「麥克阿瑟將軍是無數美國人心目中的英雄，我的外型跟他一點都不像，若是演不好，豈不壞了我一世英名，對他的後代也很難交代。」彼得韋伯每天打電話「盧」他，最後以三寸不爛之舌說服湯米李。
 
《日》片描述二次大戰日本投降後，麥克阿瑟將軍擔任盟軍駐日最高司令官，統籌對日本的軍事占領，並調查昭和天皇是否該為發動戰爭受到軍事審判，下月9日在台上映。

我認為你在談論風起是否適合小孩子看時忽略了真正的重點 電影本身的寓意絕對是其次 我小時候不曾從宮崎駿或任何電影看到任何的寓意 很多都是長大重看才看到的 什麼反戰思想什麼鬼的，我小時後才不管咧 我認為小孩看電影最重要的元素是娛樂性 當然我指的是適合小孩的娛樂性質 小孩看了會很有趣，最好是能活用想像力 像是風之谷、天空之城、龍貓...等等 或是能給出一些緊張感和歡樂 像是魔女宅急便、夏日大作戰 這點在美立堅也是一樣 充滿想像力或是歡樂的素材較能讓小孩專注於電影 而風起你可以說他有很多寓意 如果小孩子看了把看懂、了解並吸收的話我相信對他人生是有幫助的 可是大部分的小孩著重在電影娛樂性的演出 整部電影我不記得有什麼讓人緊張、歡樂的橋段 這電影幾次夢中飛行不把重點放在娛樂，而是放在夢想的大主題 這讓這電影深度增加、娛樂減少 而男歡女愛這事對小鬼娛樂性不高 頂多在電影院大喊"矮鵝~"，增加一點互動性 所以我怎麼看都不認為這電影帶小孩去看有什麼好處 寓意這東西，不急著體會 長大在看自然會懂得 補充一下，我不認為電影裡愛情的純化是為了給小孩子看 而是傳記電影本身就會遇到這樣的問題 當你大主題不在愛情，主角愛情又沒多突出時 這樣表達是最好的，男主角固執的性格在這裡被放大 而最後女主角的離開很賺人熱淚 整條愛情的故事線我很愛 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.169.124.69

【綜合報導】半島電視台稱，索馬利亞叛軍「青年黨」（Al-Shabaab）向該媒體坦承，肯亞槍擊案是該組織所犯下。法新社也引述「青年黨」在推特上的說法，稱他們在肯亞發動攻擊，是為了報復肯亞在索馬利亞進行的軍事干預。

索馬利亞的「青年黨」與基地組織（Al-Qaeda）關係密切，有媒體稱其就是基地分支。該武裝組織除積極策劃恐怖攻擊，甚至開設傳授激進伊斯蘭主義的恐怖學校，綁架孩童作為學生，施以洗腦教育，訓練他們成為自殺炸彈客。

【高堂堯／南投報導】天兔颱風風聲大雨點小，南投縣上午8點半解除陸上警報、災害應變中心也在9點撤除，今天正常上班上課。颱風過境期間僅仁愛、信義鄉局部山區雨勢較大，造成投89線7K、4K、38K，以及投59線8K、台81線93K+300等5處道路坍方。

由於山區上午尚有降雨，縣府工務處指出，待天候趨穩，預計在下午搶通各坍方路段，各遊憩風景區運作也漸恢復正常，玉山國家公園等颱風管制區今晚6點將解除管制。
