天兔漸離　南投5處道路坍方急搶通

【高堂堯／南投報導】天兔颱風風聲大雨點小，南投縣上午8點半解除陸上警報、災害應變中心也在9點撤除，今天正常上班上課。颱風過境期間僅仁愛、信義鄉局部山區雨勢較大，造成投89線7K、4K、38K，以及投59線8K、台81線93K+300等5處道路坍方。

由於山區上午尚有降雨，縣府工務處指出，待天候趨穩，預計在下午搶通各坍方路段，各遊憩風景區運作也漸恢復正常，玉山國家公園等颱風管制區今晚6點將解除管制。
