【李彥初／綜合報導】曾以電影《齊天大聖東遊記》那個「唸死人不償命」的唐三藏、及《食神》裡頭莫測高深的比賽司儀，為影迷熟知的香港資深演員羅家英，今年過67歲生日。同樣也是香港知名演員的老婆汪明荃，在微博貼上三張生日照，原來羅家英在餐廳擺壽宴慶祝生日。汪明荃一身桃紅色喜慶　打扮陪老公吹蠟燭，羨煞旁人。

汪明荃還英文留言祝福老公：「Mr.Law Ka Ying's Birthday- party! Wish U good luck , good health, and happiness forever !」而鄭秀文﹑張兆輝及陳法蓉等，紛紛留言送祝福。

【胡守得／台北報導】法務部成立的濫權監聽調查小組今天上午正式集合成員開會，身兼召集人的法務部常務次長蔡碧玉會前表示，小組成員在見面後即刻討論，確立調查方向、範圍、方法及整理外界的疑問，將在最短時間讓外界看到事情真相。
 
蔡碧玉說，「突然」受命接任次長及召集人一職，壓力確實很大，調查小組是依法務部職權展開調查，不會有適法疑義，將在合於法令許可下，請相關單位提供或調閱文件。
 
有記者詢問是否傳喚總統馬英九？蔡碧玉強調，調查小組是行政調查，應用邀請或訪談字眼，是否訪談或邀相關人到場說明，依事實需要決定。

【綜合報導】日本首相安倍晉三昨正式宣布按計劃分段調高消費稅，明年4月先由5%升至8%，而安倍昨夜間接受當地媒體訪問時表示，未來消費稅不排除增至10%。

這次安倍的提高消費稅政策，估計年增8兆日圓（818.3億美元）政府收入，為17年來首度調升消費稅，並將推出總規模約5兆日圓（511.5億美元）配套振興方案，以平衡增稅對經濟衝擊。而安倍也表示，不排除在2015年10月以前，再調升消費稅，可能會來到10%。

安倍說，受到國際不穩定及刺激經濟等因素，他認為調升消費稅是「適當的判斷」。

【綜合報導】美國保守派智庫威瑟斯本研究機構(Witherspoon Institute)透露，中國盲人維權人士陳光誠即將加入研究機構，擔任人權問題高級研究員，任期3年。

該研究所的所長特萊茲表示，陳光誠將與美國天主教大學和蘭托斯人權與正義基金會進行合作。他說：「我們現在負責向他提供資助，並提供他一個可以做自己工作的家。我們沒有要求他做什麼具體的事情。」

他表示，陳光誠將繼續專注於揭露中國境內濫用司法的問題，明年可能仍繼續居住在紐約市。陳光誠本人和蘭托斯人權與正義基金會未就事件作出回應。

餐廳名稱：布娜飛比利時啤酒餐廳(新時代店) 消費時間：2013年9月 地址：台中市東區復興路四段186號10樓(新時代購物中心10F) 電話：04-2220-1368 營業時間：11:00Am~00:00Am 每人平均價位：300~400元 可否刷卡：可 推薦菜色：辣味海鮮墨魚細扁麵、西班牙海鮮燉飯 官網：http://www.bravobeer.com.tw/ 無音樂網誌版: http://ppt.cc/oOkl 中秋假期間和朋友臨時約在新時代吃飯，其實這邊餐廳也只剩魔法咖哩沒吃過 但需要候位等太久了，看到空無一人的布娜飛啤酒餐廳， 想到以前曾來過印象還不錯~今天就選定這裡啦! 室內空間規劃的還不錯，除了普通座位外，還有稍微隱蔽的沙發區 整家店的氛圍很好，想必晚上來小酌幾杯會很放鬆吧~ 美中不足的就是洗手間需要走出店門...有些不便 最後我們選在餐廳最裡面環繞的沙發區， 陽光充足的用餐環境，一大片玻璃可以看見台中街景，很喜歡這位子! 送上的水是常溫的，炎熱的天氣如果是冰水那就更好啦~ 菜單做的很精美，圖文並茂十分清楚 餐點種類也很多，從沙拉、前菜、主菜、飲料等都可單點，也可加點套餐 主餐部分有基本的義大利麵、燉飯、排餐，也有美式組合餐和披薩、點心...等。 既然身為啤酒餐廳，菜單第一頁就介紹到這兒有一百多種啤酒， 還有店內特調啤酒冰沙， 可惜我們都是自行前來擔心酒駕就無緣體驗到啤酒了XD 我們都單點一份主餐，再選"加值套餐" +30元 優格沙拉 +100元 主廚濃湯&飲料(咖啡、紅茶、氣泡飲料) 【主廚濃湯】 呃...說實話這湯算是我近兩個月來喝過最不好喝的湯.... 味道淡如水，也不濃稠，實在不知道這是什麼湯呢? 我想可能是巧達湯之類.... 【西班牙海鮮燉飯】 $230 燉飯剛上桌就香味四溢，海鮮也放得很大方，基本的蝦子、花枝、蛤蠣都有 米飯部分也是我喜歡的口感，稍硬的米芯 後來在布娜飛的FB上看到，他們的海鮮燉飯不如一般用番紅花，而是加鬱金香粉耶~ 整體來說我覺得這道燉飯還算好吃~ 【辣味海鮮墨魚細扁麵】 $220 墨魚麵的賣相通常都不怎麼好看，吃完滿嘴墨汁形象好像也不太佳... 只有姊妹約會會不計形象的點來吃XD 這裡的麵煮的還挺好的，是我喜歡的口感~頗Q彈有嚼勁 麵條也都有均勻沾附墨汁，醬汁收得很乾，我不喜歡湯湯水水的 海鮮的部分也十分豐富，除了兩隻蝦子，還有四個蝦仁呢~ 墨魚麵的味道實在很難形容，概括來說就是鮮味十足吧XD 【紅茶&芬達】 很小一杯，就是紅茶和芬達，毋需多言。 餐廳四處可見畫作和空啤酒瓶做裝飾，每個瓶子都好可愛~好像背後都有個故事 這天用餐其實狀況很多，我們等了40分鐘什麼餐點都還沒上 (其實店內客人不多，當時只有6桌) 詢問了一次沒人處理，後來又去問不同服務生才知道應該是漏單了... 空著肚子看比我們晚來的客人滿桌餐點，實在快餓昏 接著上了菜才發現他們做錯了...點墨魚麵上成了墨魚燉飯(收據上顯示點餐正確) 等他們重做好上菜又過了許久= = 出了這麼多狀況店員也只讓我們繼續空等，不親自去詢問進度這桌就像一直被遺忘似的 當下心裡其實有些不愉快 但後來朋友手滑打破了杯子，好幾個服務生趕緊過來關切她有沒有受傷 馬上來幫我們清理桌面，態度都沒有任何不悅 這點讓我們覺得很貼心，不然本來考慮拒絕付服務費的XDDD 布娜飛的主餐都還滿好吃也不貴，只是加了100元套餐的濃湯和飲料都讓人失望 附餐品質不佳，感覺300多元在其他店都能吃到更豐富的套餐 我想這邊還是比較適合多人聚會單點來分享，或是晚上小酌幾杯吧~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.117.23.113

標題[心得] 中壢看牙醫

搬到中壢一年多 總共在中壢的牙醫診所洗牙兩次 第一次我去中原附近的永X牙醫 因為沒有預約 等了一個多小時 後來醫生說我有幾顆牙要補 但是櫃檯小姐跟我說預約都滿了 叫我自己找時間來補 於是就不了了之了 昨天我到全家X牙醫去洗牙 醫生果真如傳聞中的很趕時間的感覺 洗牙花了不到5分鐘 洗完牙我問他說有哪幾顆要補的 他跟我說叫我自己去問櫃檯小姐 她那邊有紀錄 我整個傻眼... 看完我之後 醫生就直接去看旁邊的病人 完全沒跟我多說什麼 真的有種莫名奇妙的感覺.... 爬文了一下 今天我要去青青牙醫再檢查一次 希望能找到一間適合我的牙醫診所... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.34.112
