【綜合報導】特偵組在檢察總長黃世銘的領導下，濫權違法偵辦王柯關說案，甚至跨越民主抵制，違法監聽國會，荒腔走板又毫無節制的辦案手法，引發人民對馬政府特務治國的極度憤怒。

據今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，朝野立委九月三十日在立院司法委員會同聲撻伐特偵組濫權監聽，直指黃世銘是「說謊總長」，要馬總統和行政院長江宜樺採取同一標準，以處理法務部前部長曾勇夫的模式，叫黃世銘下台。尤其，在法務部正式宣布成立專案小組調查監聽案前，黃世銘曾打電話給尚未就任的法務部長羅瑩雪，就成立調查小組交換意見。國民黨立委表示，黃在要被調查的敏感時刻打電話給羅瑩雪，依馬總統的標準，「這不叫關心、關切、關說，不然叫什麼？」

具有法學背景的監委直言，黃世銘已明顯違反《通訊保障及監察法》《刑事訴訟法》及妨害秘密等罪嫌，監察院將追究責任。馬英九也急於與黃切割，不再派立委護航，導致黃世銘九月三十日在立法院遭朝野立委期生圍剿要求下台。

【王烱華／台北報導】立法院外交及國防委員下午通過立委林郁方提案，不得自大膽、二膽島撤軍。國防部表示，會尊重國防委員會決議。

林郁方在正式提案，明確要求「國防部不得將島上駐軍全數撤離」，該項提案並獲得跨黨派10位委員的連署支持，已超過外交及國防委員會全體13位委員的半數。
國防委員會通過林郁方的提案文如下：「鑒於大膽島與二膽島所具備之政治、軍事以及歷史意義，島上仍應保留一定數量的駐軍，不得全數撤離；但為兼顧地方經濟發展之需求，可適度減少兵力並調整管制範圍。」

【陳世河／台中報導】今天凌晨3點多，一名家住東勢地的徐性女子，在東勢大橋上徘徊後，跨過大橋護欄一躍而下，路過目擊民眾看見趕緊報案，警消及迅雷救援協會人員搜救3個多小時，才在距東勢大橋約200公尺處的大甲溪找到以氣絕身亡的女子。
 
警方調查，徐姓女子（38歲）患有躁鬱症，離婚家住在東勢區，昨凌3點多騎機車到東勢大橋，將機車停在路旁後在橋上徘徊，沒多久就爬上大橋護欄往大甲溪一躍而下身亡。徐女母親、妹妹接獲警方通知後崩潰大哭；徐女妹妹說，姊姊八月時診斷出有躁鬱症後在家休養，最近姊姊躁鬱症加重看醫生頻率比較高，但不知道她為什麼想不開尋短。

【李姿慧／台北報導】高鐵票價10月8日起調漲，立委質疑台北板橋間超收，按里程計費應只有35元，調漲後卻變45元，足足貴10元，台灣高鐵表示，因有票價參考台鐵，有10公里起碼里程計費，未來將檢討。

高鐵董事長歐晉德表示，因高鐵票價設計有10公里起碼里程計費，不足10公里區間採10公里計價，但未來擬檢討，台北－板橋間超過基本費率，該調整的費率將調整。
