【張麗娜／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺昨未能上台施政報告，總統府昨批評是因民進黨杯葛、反對造成憲政僵局。民進黨發言人林俊憲上午再次發表嚴正聲明表示，江宜樺侮辱國會、藐視國會，應就其不當言論向國會道歉。林說，江宜樺沒有上台，完全沒有影響到立法院運作，民進黨的立場是「拒絕江揆、會議照開、法案照審、立院運作不受影響」。

林說，立法院日前已通過審計長同意權，明年度中央政府總預算案也在朝野協商後付委，所有法案、議事運作都順利進行，完全沒有所謂妨礙立法院運作，更沒有所謂憲政僵局；如果有所謂憲政僵局，其實就是馬英九發動的政治鬥爭導致憲政危機，江宜樺身為行政院長，不僅沒尊重立法院，反而全力配合總統的政治鬥爭，出言不遜、藐視國會、污辱國會，民進黨強力要求江宜樺先向國會道歉，以維護國會的尊嚴。

林說，如有所謂憲政僵局，是馬英九自己發動造成，如要解決這個憲政僵局，是違法毀憲的馬英九應該要自動下台。

【綜合報導】還記得這隻美國蒙大拿州的12歲狗狗桑德斯(Sundance)嗎？牠在去年的聖誕節吃掉5張100元美金大鈔(約新台幣15000元)，只留下1塊美金(約新台幣30元)的紙鈔，主人克林克爾(Wayne Klinkel)等牠拉屎後救出鈔票。現在克林克爾全數將鈔票補齊，本周重新獲得美國財政部發放的500美元支票。

克林克爾說，他從桑德斯的的屎堆中找出鈔票碎片，然後將其拼湊起來，送往財政部鑑定。最後財政部承認這些鈔票，並同意更換，寄出一張500美元的支票，本周克林克爾收到這張支票，未來他可去銀行兌換現金。

克林克爾表示，去年聖誕節他開車前往女兒家中一起吃飯，他當時把桑德斯留在車上，而車子裡有5張100美元大鈔，和1張1元鈔票，成了桑德斯的「晚餐」。結果克林克爾回到車上，發現桑德斯把500美元吃掉，獨留那一張1元鈔票。
