標題[求助] 想要自己睡該怎麼開口？

因為之前和女友住在不同地方，每天都要考慮今天要住誰家什麼的很麻煩， 並且一度造成兩人問題，所以現在女友搬來和我住。 但不知大家可否理解，有時就是會想要自己一人的那種感覺？ 我是一個很需要時間自己獨處的人，我無法和同一個人隨時隨地待在一起太多天。 當然，這並不表示我無法和我女友住在一起，我大部分時間能和她相處得不錯， 也不覺得膩或煩。只是我是那種，一天中一定要有一段時間， 可能一兩小時就好（通常時睡前），讓我自己作我自己的事的人， 就算只是上上網、看看小說什麼的都好，然後做完後就自己睡覺。 而這也是我當初希望她搬來的原因之一（而且我家是透天，因此女友和我可以有各自 的空間。） 但由於我們滿常還是會睡在一起，因此就產生「今晚是否一起睡的問題」。 例如我和我女友睡在一起兩三天了，我會希望接下來一兩天能夠回自己房間睡， 因為我希望能在睡前做自己喜歡的事，例如閱讀或上網做廢事。 但實在不知該怎麼和女友開口。 因為之前開口試圖溝通後的結果，就是女友覺得我對她的感情根本就無法專心一意， 而只是週期性的。 一陣子很黏她，等熱潮過了之後又要疏離她； 她覺得我很自我中心，很很討厭我這種隨自己心情「想來就來，想走就走」的樣子， 好像不想時就把她踢開，等我自己待夠了調適好了，又回去找她。 我不知我這樣是不是真的就是自我中心，但天地良心我真的我不是厭倦她啊！！ 我只是無法每天都跟她睡在一起（加上我睡眠品質很差，有人在旁邊不易睡好）， 我需要偶爾有幾天可以擁有一些自己的時間和空間可以作自己的事情。 （我平常本來就習慣自己出門、買東西、去書店或咖啡店、看表演之類的， 但我社交能力正常，朋友也不少，只是平常沒特別約的話習慣自己一人）。 這件事已經滿嚴重影響到我們之間的關係了，因為會牽扯一堆其他相處上的問題， 例如當她要回老家時我會覺得嗯也不錯，我可以有幾天自己時間， 但它會覺得我八成巴不得他趕快走什麼的。為此又爭執了不少次。 或當我想說好吧那我就調適自己心態，都跟你睡時，她又覺得我這樣很「偽善」， 因為我根本不是打從心底願意的。 請問到底該怎麼辦呢？？ 想請問各位，我到底該怎麼和她溝通比較好呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.6.207

【突發中心／新北報導】昨天深夜，淡水區巴拉卡公路上有一隻穿山甲疑似受傷，新北市消防局接獲通報後立即派遣人員前往處理。到場的三芝分隊表示，穿山甲疑似受到車輛撞擊，奄奄一息在路旁受傷流血，消防隊員見狀趕緊將牠帶回分隊先進行安置，待早上通知動保處人員前來做進一步處理。

【施昂強 李銘宏／台北報導】3名歲數加起來將近200歲的男子，疑因行車糾紛互毆，3人打得頭破血流，最後都被送進醫院，所幸3人僅皮肉傷，不過滿身是血，讓鄰居跟警方都嚇了一大跳。
 
昨天晚間10時許，台北市樂利路5巷內，1名門姓男子騎腳踏車經過時，與2名步行的詹姓與陳姓男子發生糾紛，3人因為都有喝酒，隨即一言不合打成一團，一旁住戶見狀趕緊報警，等警消到達時，3人已經打到頭破血流，所幸三人都是皮肉傷，不過滿身是血的樣子，還是嚇到不少民眾，警方表示，3人年紀都不小了，加起來將近200歲，可能因為喝酒，所以火氣特別大，動起手來毫無顧忌，但3人目前無人願意提出告訴。
