十月十二日是世界安寧緩和醫療日，台灣安寧照顧協會今天上午在衛生福利部舉辦安寧療護影音創作比賽頒獎典禮。

衛福部醫事司指出，世界安寧日官方網站指出，現在阻礙安寧療護有三大迷思，一為安寧療護只服務癌症病患；二是接受寧療護代表「你已不久於人世」；三為安療護只服務會使用成癮性的嗎啡來處理疼痛。

不過，台大醫院金山分院院長黃勝堅說，台灣的安寧療護對象不限於癌症患者，包括使用呼吸器、洗腎、肝衰竭或心臟衰竭等患者，只要病況不可逆，預估生命存活期在半年至一年間，希望患者還能活動時，協助他們完成人生心願，不只會給嗎啡藥而已。

在國民黨立委促成下，行政院長江宜樺和立法院長王金平今天下午終於面對面談論政治風暴！司法關說及監聽風暴發展近一個月，行政院和立法院關係緊張，江宜樺五度受邀赴立院施政報告都受阻。江宜樺今天受訪時說，他稍早已與王金平坐下來溝通，針對這段時間的政治紛擾提出澄清。

江宜樺表示，在野黨提出行政院必須道歉才能上台報告的要求，針對這部份，他已當面向王金平澄清外界說法不符合事實部分，「希望王院長瞭解事情真正原委，不要放在心上」。「我們好好把一些事情溝通的比較清楚。」

記者詢問江宜樺與王金平見面是否會尷尬，江直言「不會」。江宜樺還說，他特別感謝王金平針對立法院開議以來的各種紛擾，花很多心力處理議事協調，「我很感謝他的辛勞」。

江宜樺說，他向王金平說明，國家政務推動非常重要，國人很期待早日恢復政局安定，全力拚經濟。事情要做好，需要行政院、立法院通力合作，不管未來協商結果如何，希望王金平繼續給予協助，行政院也會盡最大力量做好施政，配合立法院依憲政權責提出的要求。

小弟118化工所碩畢 上個月才當兵回來 目前遇到幾個問題 這幾天華亞廠友達-TFT-LCD製程/設備工程師的offer已經下來了 人資先生說A4 高級工程師 他開(N+3000+1800(伙食))*14 薪資方面基本上我還能接受(不含加班費) 但他說禮拜5給他確定答案 有沒有要來公司工作? 讓我能選擇的時間真的很少 小弟目前還有面試景碩-製程 眾成-晶圓封裝 不知道建議該繼續等還是要馬上工作? 對於社會新鮮人第一份工作很重要 就麻煩大家給我一些建議吧~ -- B.o.B - Nothin' On You http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8PTDv_szmL0

自製的 BBS client: Qelly (發成英文的 Kelly) https://github.com/uranusjr/Qelly 本來是我等當兵的時候 (2011) 無聊寫的東西 最近因為常用 Windows 覺得 PCMan 不合用才挖出來繼續 一些功能補完之後現在基本上告一個段落了, 所以拿出來分享一下 (順便拐測試員) 在 Release 裡面有附一個 Windows binary, 直接抓下來執行就行了 (不用安裝, 沒有 registry, 只會在你的個人資料夾裡放三個文字檔儲存資料[*]) 其他平台基本上只要能編 Qt 大概都能自己編 dependency 和本體 有興趣的也可以自己編來玩, 我測過用 Qt 4 或 5 都可以 http://uranusjr.logdown.com 未來有什麼新消息也會發在這邊 主要特點: * 應用程式快捷鍵全部都是 Alt 導向 (Mac 除外), 例如 複製 -> Alt+C 貼上 -> Alt+V 移到網址列 -> Alt+L 加入書籤 -> Alt+D 所以不用特別背一組 (很難按的) 快捷鍵, 而是可以真正活用鍵盤 * 純文字與 ASCII color 複製功能做在一起, 方便 copy-paste (從 Nally 抄來的) * 在編輯文章時按住 Alt (或 Cmd) 點滑鼠左鍵可以直接跳到文章特定位置 (同樣從 Nally 抄來的) * 中英文字型與畫面大小通通都可以分開設定, 你可以調出你最喜歡的組合 再也不用盯著醜不拉基的細明體或標楷體英文字型 (仍然是抄 Nally) * 幾何圖形是直接畫出來的, 不是特殊字元 所以 ASCII art 再也不會因為字型而破得亂七八糟 讓你可以有更多的字型選擇 (還是抄的...) * 自動開燈 --->抄很大抄不用錢http://d.pr/i/yR35 http://d.pr/i/GF53 PCMan 對照組 如果有任何軟體上的問題, 可以到 Issues 區塊直接提出 雖然上面都是英文不過你 issue 內容寫中文也 OK 的 未來除了中文翻譯之外, 考慮直接用 OpenSSH (在 Windows 上) 實作 SSH client 也有打算做類似好讀版的東西, 不過目前還在想要怎麼排版比較好 有任何建議歡迎提出 不過我不打算做網頁 BBS 二合一的合體獸 (像 PCMan Combo 之類的東西) 如果你真的不想 BBS 與網頁瀏覽器分開, 請找別家謝謝 Enjoy!
