中國大陸遊客不文明兼丟臉劣行愈揭愈誇張！十一長假展開，同日實施的旅遊法雖規定民眾出遊須遵守文明等規定，但十一長假首日上海動物園湧進5萬遊客，許多動物館內到處是遊客扔的塑膠水瓶。另據媒體調查發現，有身處非洲的大陸人投訴，陸客遊覽時隨地小便。

東方網報導，十一長假首日上海動物園湧進5萬遊客，一些遊客行為不文明，網友在微博貼出照片指出，「上海動物園許多動物館內，到處是遊客扔的塑膠水瓶，獅子館裡至少有70個。」有指是因遊客不滿獅子老邁不動，而向牠丟水瓶。園方辦公室葉姓相關負責人表示：「昨天（1日）獅子館裡面的塑膠瓶，就算沒有100個，至少也有幾十個了。」

另外，在北京八達嶺長城，負責衛生清潔的辛姓工作人員表示，不少人拿鑰匙在城牆上刻字時被她制止。在圓明園遺址公園內，一名工作人員不斷地拿著喇叭高喊，「牆上的遊客請下來」，但未發揮作用。

另據香港東方日報報導，四川成都寬巷子一博物館內，遊客胡亂觸摸烏木木雕，甚至有遊客偷走雕塑品的頭；河南新鄉市京華園景區亦見兒童攀登雕塑拍照，遊人隨意踐踏草坪。陝西西安鐘樓，一名疑似外地遊客因找不到廁所，竟當眾脫褲便溺。

而在海外，被外派到非洲奈及利亞拉各斯工作的安徽人闞先生投訴，拉各斯欠缺公廁，故當地男性隨地小便現象普遍，但中國遊客到此旅遊時竟「入鄉隨俗」，甚至有女遊客亦隨地小便！闞坦言對中國人在海外的不文明行為深感無奈。

報導指出，雖然新旅遊法要求遊客遵守旅遊文明行為規範，但對於不文明遊客尚無具體罰則。多個景區管理處無奈稱，遇到不文明現象，工作人員沒有處罰權，只能勸說遊客「手下留情」。

【曾伯愷／新北報導】三重警察分局中興橋派出所警員賴重允、羅健丞本周二下午3時許接獲通報，中興橋上疑似有人要跳河輕生，2警趕快驅車前往查看，果然發現1名男子跨坐在橋上意圖跳河，2警見狀衝上將男子拉住，並且安撫情緒，好說歹說才將男子勸下。
 
該名陳姓男子情緒沮喪地向警方說：「我今年已經72歲，卻養了1個好吃懶做的兒子，沒工作也就算了，還每天向我索討零用錢花用。」加上又獲悉罹患糖尿病，因此心情十分沮喪，才騎機車到橋上想結束生命，所幸2警及時趕到，才阻止陳男輕生。

【陳偉周／基隆報導】1名在基隆市1所國小擔任替代役的26歲謝姓男子，因不滿管理長官王姓男子的管理方式，於日前在PTT上PO文「那個人是個極為官僚的人，且熱衷於玩弄役男！」宣洩不滿，不料卻被王男發現，王男隨即對謝男提出妨害名譽告訴。

警方調查，謝男文中的「那個人」，能明顯辨認出是王男；訊問謝男後，將他依法送辦。前天全案偵結，檢方依誹謗罪起訴謝男。

【王玉樹／台北報導】知名連鎖茶飲店50嵐上午遭北市議員洪健益踢爆以奶精充當鮮奶。50嵐杭州店下午回應，是北市議員和衛生局「搞烏龍」，該店所販售的「可可芭蕾」與「可可芭蕾拿鐵」是兩款不同產品，前者是可可粉加奶精，後者是可可粉加鮮奶。9月11日北市衛生局來稽查時搞錯產品，將加奶精的「可可芭蕾」誤以為是「可可芭蕾拿鐵」，本來「可可芭蕾」就是加奶精，稽查人員口頭問問也沒抽樣檢驗。

店家並出示廠商提供的可可粉進口檢驗證明，強調可可粉內也沒有加奶精，現場做給顧客的「可可芭蕾拿鐵」確實加的是林鳳營鮮奶。至於是否對議員與衛生局提告，公司會請律師研究。

消費者上班族林小姐說，以前就常常買「可可芭蕾拿鐵」，今看到新聞特別注意店家手調時確實添加鮮奶，店家要講清楚。她很重視健康養生，都是買加鮮奶的不要加奶精。
