替代役不滿管理　批踢踢PO文譙長官遭訴

【陳偉周／基隆報導】1名在基隆市1所國小擔任替代役的26歲謝姓男子，因不滿管理長官王姓男子的管理方式，於日前在PTT上PO文「那個人是個極為官僚的人，且熱衷於玩弄役男！」宣洩不滿，不料卻被王男發現，王男隨即對謝男提出妨害名譽告訴。

警方調查，謝男文中的「那個人」，能明顯辨認出是王男；訊問謝男後，將他依法送辦。前天全案偵結，檢方依誹謗罪起訴謝男。
