餐廳名稱：惠比壽鯛魚燒 消費時間：2013年10月 地址：台南市萬昌街145號 電話：(06)2262727 營業時間：13:00~18:00 每人平均價位：20~25 無音樂網誌好讀版: http://mikageyoru.pixnet.net/blog/post/265487645 之前在台北吃到鯛魚燒名店若葉, 回南部後一直對鯛魚燒念念不忘. 前陣子剛好看到有人分享台南的惠比壽鯛魚燒, 看起來口味很多也很平價, 於是某次和閃光吃晚餐的前夕,特地騎車繞去那,來個飯前點心. 惠比壽鯛魚燒隱身在台南火車站附近的小路萬昌街上, 不過店面實在不大,招牌也不顯眼,騎車過去的捧由一定要放慢速度啊! 一進去就看到大大的日文"鯛魚燒"黃色旗子,上面還有一隻可愛的魚兒. 老闆娘和店員一看到我們,親切地喊了聲歡迎光臨. 雖說店面的空間不大,但還是有幾個位子給客人內用. 我沒說這個鋼面桌子好像來到小麵店吃麵. 惠比壽鯛魚燒之所以吸引人,就是它口味選擇蠻多的! 除了常見的車輪餅口味-紅豆,奶油,花生之外, 還有西式的起司,巧克力,香蕉....甚至是鹹的火腿起司. 除了這幾樣,也可以自己多加5元請老闆娘做起司類的自創口味. 我不確定這裡的鯛魚燒是不是都現做,但當天我們前往的時間已經近打烊時間六點, 店內已經沒什麼客人,所以我們點的時候理所當然是現做的鯛魚燒. 五分鐘之後,剛剛兩半的鯛魚燒麵糊,已經成為金黃色的鯛魚燒了! 距離鐵板一公尺,居然也聞得到鯛魚燒們的香味. 考慮到等下晚餐的地點離這有一段路,和閃光決定在店內把餐前點心吃完再出發. 於是,讓三隻可愛的鯛魚們躺在內用的竹蓆盤上,準備大快朵頤囉! 第一個是傳統車輪餅或鯛魚燒最常出現的紅豆. 閃光說他只是覺得這是個最安全的口味(不愧是保守的老人). 惠比壽的紅豆還不錯,它的甜帶點蜂蜜的層次感而不只是平常吃到的紅豆甜味, 保留七八成的顆粒感, 但咀嚼之後還是馬上在口中化開,好吃! 第二個口味,大家看出什麼端倪了嗎? 沒錯,鯛魚燒邊邊已經有點爆漿的起司了! 這是我加五元選的隱藏版口味-巧克力起司. 一撕開鯛魚燒,看到交融的起司和巧克力餡,我的心都要融化了~~~ 這個狀態的巧克力起司餡跟岩漿無異,又迷人又燙口, 我就在那一邊哀哀叫一邊享受著巧克力和起司的絕妙搭配, 實在有點像SM的那種甜蜜折磨(誤). 第三個口味則是抹茶麻糬. 原本最期待的口味,吃下來最普通. 我想我沒預料到的是烤過的麻糬居然是半透明狀,跟預想的抹茶餡+白色麻糬有點出入. 這種麻糬比較像老街裡賣的黑糖小麻糬,不是我愛的那種白色麻糬餡. 惠比壽的鯛魚燒走平實外表,小驚喜的創意內餡路線. 鯛魚燒外皮和內餡雖然無法與台北強調來自日本道地作法的名店相比, 不過這裡的價格倒也讓人吃得開心,覺得物超所值. 比起之前在台北大排長龍等吃傳說中, 我覺得花少少錢,在極餓的晚餐前能夠吃到熱熱甜甜的鯛魚燒, 是屬於南部人特有的,在平凡日子裡的小確幸呢! -- 永遠都充滿活力的 Love & Fight! http://www.wretch.cc/blog/mikageyoru -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.27.188.25 ※ mikageyoru:轉錄至看板 Tainan 10/07 07:32

【方翊倩／綜合報導】創下21世紀日劇最高收視率的《半澤直樹》今起至18日止，每周一至周五晚間10點在緯來日本台播出。

《蘋果》報導，該劇讓許多日本上班族看得大呼過癮，「加倍奉還」饅頭、筆記本等周邊商品狂銷，熱潮蔓延至台灣。今晚播出的第1集加長版共兩小時，明晚起，第1小時重播上1集，第2小時播出新1集；沒空每天追劇的觀眾，只要鎖定周一、周三、周五便可以看足。

儘管導演向原著作者池井戶喊話：「請讓我們拍到半澤當上行長為止！」但日本《朝日藝能》周刊指出，主角堺雅人暴紅之後，1集酬勞飆至276萬元台幣，大漲3.6倍，電視版續篇製作費勢必大幅增加，業界人士判斷，短期內《半澤直樹》應不會續攤。

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】巴克萊證券出具報告表示，蘋果iPhone 5s搭載指紋辨識傳感器，預估更多Android智慧機會跟進採用，取代4位數密碼以利行動支付。明年將會有23~25%智慧型動裝置搭載指紋辨識。看好封測族群受惠，青睞日月光(2311)。
 
巴克萊證券指出，蘋果iPhone 5s搭載指紋辨識傳感器，預估每支手機可能增加額外成本約10~12美元，Android裝置也會跟進，預估明年全球約有23~25%智慧機和平板裝置將會搭載指紋辨識系統，後年比例更可提升至40~45%。
 
巴克萊證券說明，看好日月光(2311)受惠此指紋辨識傳感器趨勢，預期2014~2015年營收可望看曾15~18%。封測和SiP族群獲利也有望受惠，精材和南茂未來2年營收也可成長約15%，

【林奐成╱綜合外電報導】剛果民主共和國去年發生軍人性侵97名成年女性與33名女孩的醜聞，正造訪該國的聯合國安理會特使昨表示，英美兩國已經向該國官員施壓，要求司法單位盡快起訴這些軍人。
 
路透報導，去年11月，剛果民主共和國一批士兵在東部城鎮米諾瓦（Minova）犯下令人髮指的惡行，性侵了至少130名女性，有些年僅6歲。針對此事，聯合國曾在今年2月威脅要取消對剛果軍隊的協助。
 
聯合國安理會特使昨說，剛果民主共和國的武裝團體，多年來在東部犯下多起殺人與性侵罪行，人民深受其害。該國政府必須針對發生在米諾瓦的事件，懲罰應該負責的軍人與官員。
