第1屆花蓮台彩威力杯全國少棒賽，12月12日將在花蓮開打，總獎金50萬元的LOGO設計競賽，將在21日下午5點截止收件，主辦單位提醒具創意的學生和設計師，踴躍參賽爭取高額獎勵。

花蓮台彩威力杯少棒賽的誕生，來自台灣彩券中獎人的愛心；去年12月6日開獎的威力彩，頭獎18億1600萬元由3人均分，其中1位得主捐贈1億兩千萬元回饋故鄉，希望在花蓮舉辦全國少棒大賽，促成這樁美事。

這項全國賽由花蓮縣政府、台灣彩券公司、中國信託慈善基金會共同主辦，大會特別舉辦LOGO徵選比賽活動，設計代表性創意標章、獎杯、獎牌，第1名獨得30萬元、第2名15萬元、第3名5萬元。

花蓮縣體育會指出，報名作品可達600到1000件，經過初選、挑出50件作品進行決賽，預定12月2日宣布得獎作品；這段期間各界詢問電話很多，高額獎金確實吸引各路好手參賽。

台彩公司這次傾全力支持，特別舉辦LOGO設計徵選活動，年滿18歲的學生，或有興趣的社會人士都可參與角逐。

【蕭孜玹／台北報導】艾莉絲前年嫁給日籍老公，今年4月產下女兒Lily，她日前上東森《現在才知道》聊媽媽經。她表示，有次女兒哭鬧整個下午，讓她實在受不了，當下衝進廁所打電話給老公大哭，「照顧女兒讓我大缺氧，但內心又想著，我不能就這樣輸給自己」！

升格當媽媽後，她每天「工作」16小時，每早7點起床後就一路忙到晚上11點，她透露：「結束女兒一切行程後，再把注意力轉回到老公身上，我會陪他一起喝點小酒、聊天、看電視，大概到凌晨一點才睡覺。」

【呂志明／台北報導】檢調偵辦台北車站屋頂防水更新工程弊案，發現負責規畫設計監造的建築師馮月忠，涉嫌與南海材料公司負責人謝宗義合謀，利用耐壓且抗寒零下20度的「聚胺酯防水板」特殊材料綁標，要得標廠商購買指定材料，從中取得近400萬元回扣，北檢複訊後，在今天凌晨，以涉犯《政府採購法》等罪嫌，諭令2人各以10萬元交保候傳。

據了解，檢調人員在昨天清晨前往馮月忠住處搜索時，馮正要送小孩上學，見到檢調上門，並未感到驚訝，還很有禮貌的詢問要搜哪裡。在偵訊過程中，馮對於相關事證全都避重就輕，不是說不記得，就是說忘了。

檢調查出，當廠商得標後，依照契約，必須將施作計畫書送給馮月忠，由馮審核得標廠商是否依照規畫報告、材質進行施工，馮就利用這個環節，刁難得標廠商，再暗示廠商使用南海公司的特殊材料。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】鳳小岳前天中午在士林捷運站1號出口，雨中見遊民鞋子破爛不堪，當街脫下自己的鞋送給他，江姓路人目擊後很感動，主動通知《蘋果》，昨見報引發網路熱烈討論，多數誇讚鳳小岳慷慨義舉，但部分「酸民」質疑他沽名釣譽。

《蘋果》報導，昨下午近3點在中正路的士林捷運站1號出口找到這位孫姓遊民，他坐在路邊像在睡覺，腳上穿的就是鳳小岳所送、原價5780元的PUMA鞋。約半小時後他睡醒，記者拿昨天的《蘋果日報》給他看，他馬上認出鳳小岳，但並不曉得對方是明星，連自己上報也不知，他表示「太感激。」

昨曝光的新聞照片中，僅有孫姓遊民的背影，部分網友質疑乍看不像遊民，甚至有其他媒體轉述報導時質疑鳳小岳在炒作。鳳小岳經紀人說：「小岳跟我說他當下只是覺得對方鞋子破爛，才想給他鞋子，如果有人因為這件事覺得溫暖，可以多注意身邊需要幫助的人。」
