【戴安瑋／台北報導】美國影星亞歷鮑德溫（Alec Baldwin）寫信給農委會主委陳保基，要求停止做米格魯的動物實驗，前天晚上回國的陳保基說，要不要停止動物實驗，還要實驗動物照護及使用委員會開會討論才能決定。

陳保基說，台灣要不要做米格魯的動物實驗，要看動物照護及使用委員會實際會怎麼做，「我們會非常慎重，也相信該委員會一定會符合國際規範，會考慮如何減少動物的痛苦，做世界的示範，尤其狂犬病是可怕的古老疾病，現已可用科技解決，希望台灣儘快達到狂犬病的非疫區」。

美國影星亞歷鮑德溫日前透過公關公司寫信給陳保基，信上說:「台灣政府倡議的米格魯實驗，是完全沒有必要的。我和擁有15萬名會員的美國責任醫師協會及全球超過4萬名參與連署的人們一起呼籲您停止這項實驗」、「日前受邀到台灣參與防止狂犬病進一步擴散的國際專家們指出，這項實驗將不會對狂犬病預防有任何助益。美國疾病控制預防中心亦不建議進行這項實驗，同時強調這項實驗將對疫情沒有任何幫助。」並說「防止疫情爆發的最佳方式，就是由台灣政府向民眾全力宣導，為易受感染的貓狗等動物施打疫苗。」

 【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】沙烏地阿拉伯是全球唯一不讓女性開車的國家，當地女性爭取駕駛權多年。昨天在首都利雅德，又有逾60名女性刻意違法開車上街，所幸無人被捕。

發起這項運動的團體，呼籲女性自行開車上街，再將開車的影像寄給他們，結果收到共63則影片和手機簡訊。美聯社訪問到一名32歲的女性經濟學者，她說只是開車到雜貨店再回家，已做好坐牢的準備，丈夫和家人都在家裡焦急等候，所幸沒有警察將她攔下。
 沙烏地阿拉伯以極端保守的角度詮釋伊斯蘭教義，雖無明令禁止女性開車，但不發駕照給女性，甚至規定女性外出必須由家中男性親人陪同。近年沙國已逐漸鬆綁對女性的諸多限制，讓她們可參與地方選舉；1990年沙國首次女性開車示威活動中，有50人被捕，也和昨天無人被捕的情況大不相同。不過該國仍規定女性旅行、結婚、接受高等教育等，須有男性親人同意。

消費時間：2013.09.18 地址：台中市西屯區大容西街55號 電話：(04)2328-5686 營業時間：11:30~14:30 / 17:30~22:30(週一及每月最後一個週二休) PS.每日20:30以前，每人低消150元(超過12歲者) http://www.copain-taiwan.com/ 圖文並茂網誌：http://happy919girl.pixnet.net/blog/post/37439141 因為結婚蜜月花了不少扣扣，於是我決定今年生日簡單過就好 想起了這家上次本打算要來吃卻因沒先訂位而撲空的平價義式餐廳 Copain Italian fine food 義式廚房是間來自日本的義大利餐廳 強調每間分店都有其獨特風格，並想透過飲食帶給人們滿足和快樂 MENU上有披薩、義大利麵、燉飯等主餐(還有開胃菜拼盤) 主餐部分加價$50即可升級為套餐，附有今日湯品及飲料 裡頭明亮的用餐空間及木質裝潢，給人一種溫馨舒適的居家感 店員親切且專業的服務，讓我們在這兒吃飯感覺很自在也很舒服 我對茄汁類料理一向不太感興趣，今日湯品正是我不愛的蕃茄蔬菜清湯 但當這碗泛著橘紅色澤且飄散著蕃茄香氣的清湯一端上桌，竟讓我有想嚐嚐的念頭 跟老公要來喝時，他還一直不斷地提醒我"這是妳不愛的蕃茄湯，真的確定要喝???" 對~我就是要喝!!蕃茄的微微酸味喝起來清爽且順口，讓我忍不住想要把整碗喀光 (雖然湯裡的配料大多是我不愛的蔬菜，但這湯頭還真是好喝 ^///^) 用料豐富的漁夫風海鮮茄汁義大利麵(貪吃價$260) 雖是我不喜歡的蕃茄醬汁，但在喝過美味的蕃茄湯之後，我決定試試 微酸的sauce吃起來既爽口又開胃，軟硬適中且Q彈的麵條更是令我們驚艷 店家說他們家的麵條及燉飯屬於有嚼勁的硬式口感，但我想就是這樣才好吃 看起來平淡無奇的半熟玉子培根蒜香奶油披薩(貪吃價$220) 餅皮上雖只簡單地放有雞蛋、培根、馬鈴薯和起司等配料，搭配起來卻相當美味 披薩邊緣較厚的部份吃得到麵粉香氣，中間內餡則是有著提味的蒜香及濃郁奶油味 並選用帶點厚度的培根增加口感，好吃到我跟老公顧不得才剛喀完麵也要吃光它 檸檬紅茶 吃完鹹食，另有甜點可供選擇唷~!! 【陳郁仁/台北報導】馬英九總統近來常被民眾砸鞋抗議，導致警方準備「攔鞋網」維護總統安全。《中國時報》今報導馬總統不認同「攔鞋網」，認為引發負面聯想，親自要求撤除。總統府發言人李佳霏上午澄清，沒有「總統下令與否或喜不喜歡的問題」，總統尊重特勤中心與警方對維安的考量，如有需要，還是會架設攔鞋網。

知情人士表示，如果總統活動在戶外，跟民眾距離又很近，加上事前掌握的情資，為了元首的維安，有需要就會架設「攔鞋網」，但若在室內或管制較嚴的場合，可以控制狀況，就不需要，「總統根本沒有指示撤網，特勤中心負責總統安全，如果有需要卻不用網子，出事了誰負責？」

不是在說拖拉庫vs轎車，或是四輪vs兩輪 而是單純比較車體大小 (例如Camry vs Yaris) 和某個保險業務討論保險時順便聊到的，他的說法我彙整如下 1.緩衝空間 車體較大，緩衝空間較大，駕駛人相對比較安全 最好的例子就是小貨車從後方撞到另一台同款小貨車 在沒有翻覆或其他因素的情形下，後車駕駛人會比較嚴重 (小貨車前側緩衝空間遠小於後側) 2.重量 小車重量輕，被撞到後容易失控或是直接被撞離車道，易造成二次撞擊 高速公路開中線，不論被彈到內線或外線都很危險，車身還有可能打橫 被110公里(內線)或是大貨車(外線)側撞，很容易喪命 個人認為他的說法對一半 如果車體結構及主被動安全差不多，大車的確比小車安全 但是車體結構及主被動安全重要性，遠比車體大小重要吧？ Camry(非油電)和Prius C撞，哪一個比較安全？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.31.229
