【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】福建廈門民警日前凌晨在二環象山隧道設路障，示意一名司機停車接受酒精測試，但司機卻支吾其詞怎樣也不肯下車，在民警多番催促下，司機才告訴民警自己全身上下只穿一條小內褲。

民警找來一件大外套給他披上，司機通過酒精測試，他無奈地說：「平常工作壓力很大，剛剛也只是自己排解壓力的一種方式，開車出來轉轉。」他的行徑令民警頓時哭笑不得。

菁茵荋生技公司保健食品「威力纖Plus」被驗出含禁藥，立委李應元、台北市議員阮昭雄今天開記者會拿出媒體報導照片及影片，指出國民黨榮譽主席連戰長女連惠心2012年5月4日曾以菁茵荋生技公司總裁身分參加「第5屆海峽兩岸李時珍醫藥文化與產業合作發展」論壇，別再硬坳只是代言人，應儘快出面說明。

李應元、阮昭雄昨天開記者會出示部分資料，質疑國民黨榮譽主席連戰長女連惠心是菁茵荋總裁，並非只是代言人，但連惠心回應「未經營或管理菁茵荋」。今天兩人拿出媒體報導照片及影片繼續提出質疑。

李應元說，大陸「長江商報」也曾報導，2010年11月15日連惠心在武漢新世界酒店曾以台灣樂活新天地集團總裁身分，和武漢中百集團董事長汪愛群簽訂合作協議。樂活新天地集團與菁茵荋登記地址相同，總裁都是連惠心，「怎麼可以當初風光簽約，出事了就閃避」。

李應元說，連惠心昨天透過律師表示「正在盡全力向國外廠商追查」，這個說法前後矛盾，如果並非經營者和出資者，只是形象代言，何須如此熱心追究？國外廠商又有義務配合嗎？他呼籲連惠心誠實面對、別再硬坳，不能像被擠牙膏一樣「逐步承認」。

阮昭雄也說，連惠心應儘速親自出面說明，不要再說謊。

【大紀元2013年10月27日訊】面對預計未來5年1.42億美元的赤字，加州舊金山金門大橋管理委員會週五（10月25日）舉行會議，討論了減少赤字的問題，而調漲收費是最有可能的方法，預計要多增收1美元才有辦法將赤字維持在可控制水平。

由於大橋加固抗震費用、南塔橋的油漆維護以及與馬林縣（Marin County）的公車路線合約縮減等原因，讓金門大橋陷入赤字狀況。對此，金門大橋管理委員會的女發言人瑪麗‧柯里（Mary Currie）表示，過橋費是維持橋樑及其交通服務的主要收入，現在是再次討論這個問題的時候了。

據了解，解決赤字、增加過橋費的初步計畫將於下個月公布，隨後將於明年1月開始公眾宣傳，並於2月初舉行公聽會。如果管理委員會批准增加過橋費，最快將於2014年4月初開始調漲費用。

上次調漲收費是在2008年，過橋費由5元增至6元。為了維持財政，2009年委員會決定將在2013年7月調漲過橋費1美元，但最終未能實行。現在，金門大橋已經完全電子收費，取消了人工現金收費，FasTrak用戶過橋費為5元，而車牌付費則要6元。

據報導，越來越多台灣酒店小姐跑單幫到大陸的酒店坐檯。據稱，託「兩岸情結」之福，「台灣妹」在對岸頗有行情，不少人一星期的收入便勝過在台灣一個月的所得。兩岸色情產業生態的逆轉變化，讓人啞然。

從李登輝時代的戒急用忍，到一九九五年許信良提出「大膽西進」，至後來民進黨修改成「強本西進」，走到今天，登陸台資企業已逼近九萬家，其中不少台商已面臨鮭魚返鄉的選擇。然而，此刻上演的鶯燕西飛景象，既非關「大膽」，也顯未「強本」，而是純純粹粹的流血輸出。看到這種不能說的「西進」，民眾心中作何感想？

酒店坐檯，無關貿易、毋需談判，甚至根本不在兩岸任何協定之中，是屬於地下經濟；但誰也不能否認，這類活動恰恰反映了某種價值衰變與實力落差。當年台灣一度湧現「大陸妹」現象，屢屢因色情及歧視問題引發社會議論；然而，才隔了多少年的時間，竟然落得換成「台灣妹」登陸淘金。這樣的變化，怎不教人痛心！

在台商登陸稱王的年代，許多台灣人在台企擔任「台幹」，一呼喝便管理數千人，好不威風。當大陸本地企業起飛之後，不少台灣人受聘陸企擔任「台幹」或「台勞」，有些人便覺得嚥不下這口氣，卻忽略這是世界經濟重心轉變使然，無關族群尊卑或職業貴賤。

也正是「台幹」到「台勞」這樣的貶值心理影響，兩岸服貿協議的簽訂，便被在野黨說成幾百萬人將失業、全民將淪為台勞的「引狼入室」毒計。然而，捨雙邊協議的正道而不走，光靠意識形態的閉關修煉，就能修成經濟的正果嗎？那些服貿協議的憎恨者，去問問台妹為何要西進吧！
