林姓貨車司機（33歲）去年10月8日駕車行經台北市格致、凱旋路口時，搶先左轉，後方的詹姓騎士閃避不及，人車倒地，詹的左眼球破裂，左眼已無虹膜，事後有畏光及部分複視現象。士林地方法院依業務過失重傷害罪判林有期徒刑5月，得易科罰金。

林在開庭時辯稱「機車的行車動向超出我的注意範圍。我要左轉時，我要注意到的是對向車道之來車，而詹是從我無法預測之方向過來。」。但詹則說「我沒有想到貨車沒有停下來，直接左轉」，他來不及剎車，即人車倒地。

行政院秘書長李四川上月19日在立法院報告時，僅提及經濟部長張家祝、文化部長龍應台、故宮院長馮明珠與政務委員蔣丙煌4人曾有外國永久居留權，上月底政院再度將清查報告送至立法院，名單中又多了曾有美國籍的國發會主委管中閔、衛福部長邱文達及曾有美國綠卡的環保署長魏國彥。

這份清查報告指出，管中閔是在2011年8月4日辦理放棄美國國籍，並於同年11月9日取得證明文件，2012年2月6日才接任政務委員；邱文達則在2011年1月24日辦理放棄美國籍，於2月9日接任衛生署長，並於同年2月24日取得證明文件。

至於魏國彥則是在2009年7月22日擔任研考會副主委，在該日之前已完成放棄美國綠卡手續。（黃揚明／台北報導）

螺絲鬆了？民眾投訴指控台中市消防局第三大隊大里分隊張姓小隊長，經常上班時間公然在值班台用公務電腦玩遊戲，還穿便服及拖鞋，甚至穿制服在值班台抽菸，工作態度散慢，難怪台中市消防局總是狀況不斷。
 
投訴人指出，張姓小隊長是台中市消防局長廖明川在桃園的舊部屬，疑似「靠勢」，不但違反規定在室內吸菸，之前還曾利用消防器材車把東山分隊的沙發搬回家用，卻只受到簡單處分，讓許多隊員都敢怒不敢言，只因為他是局長的愛將。
 
張姓小隊長今輪休連絡不上，大里分隊長黃凱偉表示，雖然這些都是生活上的細節，但既然已經違反相關規定，還是會進行懲處，同時會加強管理，禁止隊員並重申不得再使公家電腦玩遊戲，張小隊長也表示會檢討自己的言行。
 
消防局第三救災救護大隊長王士銘說，張姓小隊長行為已經違反菸害防治法相關規定，會移請衛生單位開罰，不會護短。
 
台中市消防局長休假，撥打電話無人接聽，消防局回應指出，張姓小隊長2年前任職東山分隊，因利用公務車載運私人物品遭檢舉，立即調派大里分隊，若局長顧及私人情誼，當時就不會裁以調離單位處分，消防局強調，局長在工作上完全都是公事公辦，同仁犯錯一律依規定懲處，決不寬貸。(蔡智銘／台中報導)

新北市1名有多項前科的羅姓男子，昨天深夜11時許以手機撥打110向警方表示：「禮拜一(6月2日)要到新北地方法院開庭，到時我要殺人，先打電話向警察局報備。」他講完後馬上掛斷電話，受捷運殺人案件影響，警方不敢大意，今天中午循線在新北市三重區逮捕這名羅姓男子。

羅姓男子向警方供稱，昨天晚上喝了半瓶高粱酒後，想到去年初因為涉嫌詐欺案件遭法院誤判4個月，去年11月才服完刑出獄，越想越氣憤下，才會打110報案表達不滿，但並非真的想殺人，警訊後仍先將羅男依妨害秩序和妨害自由等罪嫌移送法辦。（陳韋劭／新北報導）
