標題[問題] 退休後 公保 勞保為什麼領的錢差這麼多?

第一份工作 所以還不太熟悉職場 公司在新北市內湖 月薪約3~4萬之間 週休二日 缺點: 無加班費 上班打卡制 下班責任制 無食費津貼 剛進去公司就每天加班 加班一半還要去上教育訓練課到很晚才回家 優點: 之後可能常出差 可以多去國外看看增廣視野 也常需要接觸大場面 優缺點大概這樣的情況沒有什麼特別的福利 大家覺得公司這樣的情況算好還是不好? 適合待嗎? 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.168.126

行政院人事行政總處表示，國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會1日成立，改制後並無增加預算員額。

配合組改，行政院國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會改銜為「國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會」，昨天正式揭牌。

人事行政總處說，退輔會及所屬機構改制前編制員額總數1萬4947人，改制後編制員額總數1萬2057人，合計減列2890人；其中退輔會及所屬3所榮民總醫院簡任官等的編制員額數，改制前後分別為138人及128人，合計減列10人。

人事行政總處指出，退輔會改制前預算員額1萬5680人，改制後預算員額1萬5596人，員額差距數依「行政院功能業務與組織調整暫行條例」規定辦理優惠退離的員額，合計減列84人，改制後並無淨增員額。

人事行政總處表示，因應退輔會承接國防部移撥的退除給付業務，由國防部隨同業務移撥現行辦理這項業務適用「勞動基準法」的軍聘雇人員105人，移撥退輔會後仍適用勞動基準法的規定，等現職人員出缺後再逐步改置為約僱人員。

總統馬英九上午到工研院，跟十多家新創產業代表座談，聽到業界心聲，指示經濟部，以後每三個月跟產業界座談，了解需求。

馬英九參加「創新創業與價值創造」座談會，與會十多家廠商，多數是工研院創新育中心培植的新創產業，有研究人工腦膜修復新技術、廢水處理、第一家寬能隙材料功率半導體及軟性壓力感測器，都具商業利基。

不過，座談中，與會新創業代表認為，台灣對新創產業輔導仍不足，稅率與投資抵減不足，加上外來人才管制尚未鬆綁，在在影響新創事業的發展。

馬英九說，全球產業競爭激烈，台灣產業面對的是四小龍競爭與開發中國家的追趕，一定要強化創新研發，希望各部會通力合作，改善創新研發與產業發展環境。

他也指示經濟部，未來每三個月跟產業界座談，了解需求，積極解決。
