【王志弘／台南報導】新營區有隻逃家鸚鵡，今天早上8時被人發現在一戶民宅頂樓上發出宏亮叫聲，左顧右盼在牆欄上來回走動，引人注目圍觀，「屋頂怎會有那麼大隻的鸚鵡？」連鳥群也飛到一旁看熱鬧。

正當民眾準備報案時，遠處傳來主人呼喊牠的名字「皮皮、皮皮」，鸚鵡似乎有感應到，展翅往聲音的方向飛去，卻又迷途失去鳥影，令主人心急。主人說，這隻琉璃鸚鵡因前天晚上地震時，嚇到爆衝飛走，由於還是幼鳥沒有謀生能力，拜託民眾發現時趕緊通知他們。聯絡電話：0910329059、066569026。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】中國福建有一名35歲鍾姓男子，從去年11月起在當地犯案，先後蒙面持刀闖入民宅搶劫後，猥褻、性侵共13名女子，受害者包括未成年少女。

鍾男在上月28日被警方逮捕，鍾男供稱他從小有偷窺女人洗澡的惡習，十幾年前女友因不堪家暴離開，一直沒有穩定的伴侶，走在街上看到漂亮女子就想入非非。

2日的例行賽，「真理」Paul Pierce和Joe Johnson各攻下19分，率領籃網在驚濤駭浪之中以101比100險勝，藉此擺脫多年來面臨熱火的困境，也讓「衛冕軍」睽違10個月後初嘗連敗滋味！Pierce也在比賽中賞了James一記麻辣鍋！

決勝節最後的關鍵時刻，熱火仍試圖利用犯規戰術力挽狂瀾，不過Pierce與Johnson各自掌握2罰機會、穩穩罰進。

熱火目前戰績為1勝2敗，也是自今年1月後首度遭逢連敗。

「小皇帝」LeBron James囊括26分屬全隊之冠，日前缺陣的「閃電俠」Dwyane Wade於此役重返先發之列，共進帳21分。

前三節終了籃網還保有11分的領先優勢，直到第四節最後2分鐘戰局才出現變化，在Wade與Mario Chalmers連續的3分彈逆襲下，拉出一波10比0的反擊，率領熱火於最後18秒追到僅剩2分差。

黃世銘該不該下台？他先在立法院說，監察院彈劾就下台；昨天又聲明一審判有罪就下台。下台與否需要超高智慧決定，但從領導威信、法律和體制來說，他應該辭職，不辭職也應自行停職以靜候審判。

上個月，立法院司法及法制委員會變更議程，藉審法院組織法第六十三條決定特偵組存廢，連續多天要黃世銘列席備詢；黃世銘被轟得滿頭包，幕僚擔心他吃不消，曾探詢他的想法。據了解，黃世銘堅定地說：「當然挺得住，現在下台，等於不明不白，等於認輸了。」

在昨天前，黃世銘受任期保障，可以挺下去。但昨天被北檢起訴，他的去留產生化學變化，不再是他個人可以決定。首先，身為首位被起訴的檢察總長，領導威信已嚴重受影響。檢察總長是全國一千兩百多名檢察官的龍頭，可以掌控個案偵查，司法純潔性不容質疑，檢察總長身為被告，已不適合再領導所有檢察官。

就法律面而言，黃世銘將來到法庭受審，將面對他的部屬、一審公訴檢察官指控他犯案，猶如小兵指控身繫軍權的上將犯罪，審理過程也將產生矛盾和衝突。

特偵組九月六日開記者會，揭發立法院長王金平關說立委柯建銘司法案件，引發馬王政爭、訴訟戰、烏龍監聽國會等一連串風暴；引發爭議的原因，就是違反程序正義。

國會議長關說國會議員司法案件是重大案件，特偵組依刑事犯罪模式調查卻發現屬行政不法後，應先簽結案件，再由檢察總長向行政院長報告，並依程序將法務部長函送監察院調查，將高檢署檢察長陳守煌、檢察官林秀濤送檢察官評鑑委員會個案評鑑，調查告一段落後由這些機關單位依法公布調查結果。

然而，辦案經驗豐富的黃世銘，捨正常程序不走，在高檢署檢察官林秀濤接受偵訊完畢前九分鐘，即忙著聯繫面見馬總統事宜，漏夜奔赴總統官邸面報時，另名作證的檢察官還沒偵訊，數天後再開記者會說明關說案涉及行政不法及國會倫理，被揪住違反程序正義的小辮子。

雖然黃世銘曾解釋，依程序將涉及關說案者分送監察院及檢評會，擔心又會有關說，致調查案件不了了之；但違反程序正義，掀開關說內容，雖逼得曾勇夫下台，自己也淪為洩密被告。黃世銘急欲處理曾勇夫，總統馬英九也急著處理王金平，兩人都犯了見獵心喜，操之過急的大忌。

黃世銘未等簽結就夜奔總統官邸報告此案，結果吃上洩密官司；國民黨急著黨紀開鍘，一天內將撤銷王金平黨籍的處分送達中選會與立法院，結果法院裁定王金平應暫時保有黨員資格以維自身權益。

下錯一著棋，全軍覆沒；如今黃世銘官司纏身，還引發特偵組存廢的討論。時間如果能夠倒流，黃世銘應該會有不同的選擇。
