【蔡進男／基隆報導】新北市1名32歲洪姓攝影師，曾替26歲范姓外拍女模拍攝內衣清涼照，沒想到因此喜歡上范女，但又礙於范女有男友，不敢直接表白，竟用暱稱「張玉玲」，在范女臉書粉絲專頁留言，「如不與洪姓攝影師一同出遊，將把她（范女）的內衣清涼照散布網路上！」范女心想清涼照雖然沒有露點，但萬一被男友看到，恐影響2人感情，勉為其難答應出遊。

不料隔天洪男食髓知味，再度用同樣手法要脅范女出遊，范女不堪其擾，只好報警處理，警方訊後依妨害自由罪將洪男移送法辦。檢警調查，洪男2年前也曾用樣手法，騷擾過其他外拍女模，有恐嚇罪前科；檢方偵查後依妨害自由提起公訴，全案審查終結，法官認為洪男犯後態度良好，判處拘役80天，或易科罰金8萬元，可上訴。

【黃揚明／台北報導】民進黨團今提杜絕非法監聽相關修法內容，民進黨立委吳宜臻指出，此次修法最大制度改變，就是將監聽建置機關不再留在調查局和警政署，改由台灣高等法院設置，未來修法後，把監聽機房、設備移至高等法院，並將調查局的通訊監察處、警政署的通訊監察中心予以刪除，讓監聽建置機關能維持中立。

民進黨團幹事長高志鵬說，《刑事訴訟法》修法牽涉兩部分，一個是設立監聽等強制處分的審查專庭，負責核發監聽票的法官與該案審判法官不得相同，以專庭、專人方式求取核發監聽票標準一致，事後權責分明。此外，因現行刑事訴訟制度沒把監聽列入準抗告範圍，因此修法保障被監聽者的救濟權，若不服監聽處分可提抗告，讓法院確認違法的監聽喪失證據能力。

大陸河北省香河縣的一個普通村莊在1992年發生了一起神秘事件：一位普通老人去世後身體發生了奇怪的變化。有人說老人修成神仙了，具有神秘的力量，還有人說老人睡著了，過段時間還會醒來。老人名叫周鳳臣，是一位普通的農家婦女，去世時88歲。隨後的兩三年間，有眾多媒體相繼報導了這一事件。當時老人究竟發生了什麼變化能讓世人眾說紛紜？老人是不是真的還能醒來呢？

據台灣網報導，據法醫學專家介紹，老人在去世後身體出現的充氣現象，有可能就是腐敗過程中產生的腐敗水泡，水泡連成片狀甚至更大面積，就被家人理解為全身充氣，後來，老人的身體停止了腐敗，逐漸乾燥下來，形成了我們現在看到的狀態，這就是說，老人的身體曾和常人一樣，發生過腐敗的現象，但是後來在老人身體大量失水之後，這個過程卻停了下來，形成了乾屍。

有人去看過老人的屍首，沒讓進屋，從窗戶外面看了一眼。當時老人已逝去三年，聽他兒子說，『父親臨終時留下了話，讓家人把自己的衣服脫光，用竹席捲上放在炕上，說是自己成仙了，死後肉身不會腐、不許入殮，說了些神神鬼鬼的事情……。』

覺得老人死後不穿衣、竹席捲著不合孝道，加之臨終時滿屋香氣，兒女們不敢違，就給這麼擱著了……，老單位有五六個人過去看過，很多人都知道這件事情。期間醫學單位想對老人的屍體進行研究，被拒絕，老人死後三年時、容貌與生時無異，不是現在這個樣子。老人知道自己死後不會腐。

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】中國廣西柳州市鹿寨縣拉溝自然保護區，早前有不法分子以30多萬人民幣(約逾150萬台幣)收買當地村民，將一棵已300年歷史的古樹偷走再轉賣。廣西警方經過長時間追查，日前找回這棵古樹，並發現它已被轉賣了好幾手，價格飆升到人民幣300萬元。

據悉，這棵古樹名為喙核桃，俗稱山核桃、野核桃，屬國家二級保護植物。它的圍徑近7公尺、重達26噸。當局大前日將這棵樹從貴州貴陽市，押運回廣西柳州市，並在園林科研人員的協助下，將它種植在柳州奇石館附近。
