高鐵半年內發生兩次大規模停駛意外，接駁機制遭詬病。高鐵公司記取今年四月全面停駛的教訓，與地方公車業者建立接駁機制，要將旅客送到公路客運站或台鐵車站，但這次大多數旅客寧願在高鐵站等恢復行駛，也不願搭接駁車轉乘其他交通工具。

高鐵公司營運處營運分處協理陳強說，周六上午十一點十六分發生斷電，高鐵十二點就啟動接駁機制，並加密班次，無奈旅客多半還是寧願在高鐵站裡等。

陳強以嘉義站為例，意外發生後調派三輛嘉義市公車，準備將旅客從嘉義高鐵站接駁到嘉義火車站，但是沒有一位旅客願搭乘。陳強表示，是否搭接駁車轉乘，是旅客的選擇，高鐵公司無法強制要求。

前天有旅客抱怨，高鐵明明已經停駛，車站還繼續賣票。陳強表示，還在賣票是因為當時維持單線雙向運行，後來雙向都斷電，就只賣區間行駛的車票。

高鐵公司上周三才進行大規模緊急應變演練，時隔三天發生斷電意外，緊急狀況處置又遭旅客罵翻。

高鐵公司鐵路營運處營運長張煥光坦言，高鐵每年平均舉行五十多次演練，但都事先假設情境，並沒有無預警「臨時抽考式」的演練。這是首次遇到區分絕緣器絕緣失效的狀況，並不在演練項目中。

張煥光指出，曾考察日本新幹線無預警演練，台灣高鐵正朝無預警演練方向努力。

「我就像烏日站的流浪人。」北港朝天宮董事蘇榮泉前天從台北搭高鐵到嘉義，他說，高鐵出狀況後，沒有站務人員出來指引，大批乘客如無頭蒼蠅般自己找接駁工具。他出站後光是找接駁車就花了一小時，折騰四個小時才回到雲林。

蘇榮泉說，高鐵站內接駁資訊不清楚，台鐵協助加開的列車少之又少。當時他在台中烏日站內轉來轉去，不知如何轉搭其他交通工具回家。當時有其他乘客抱怨，高鐵不出面處理，連接駁費用也要民眾自己出，「如果高鐵第一時間迅速安排轉乘，相信大家即使發火，火氣也會小一點。」

上班族胡小姐前天也在這班高鐵上，她表示，高鐵票價高，服務品質相對也要高；意外狀況已不是第一次，應該更有因應經驗。她指出，不論與台鐵協調疏運、找巴士或計程車接駁客人，「總之不能把客人晾在一邊，讓客人自尋『出路』。」

胡小姐說，高鐵應在第一時間告訴旅客遇到什麼狀況、恢復通車要多少時間，如何轉搭接駁車等等，而不是讓旅客受困站內，無所適從。

劉先生日前搭高鐵返家途中遇到地震，受困台南站，他說，當時高鐵有安排接駁車，但數量不夠，幾乎有一半旅客擠不上；但高鐵沒告訴乘客要等多久，到台中原本約需四十分鐘車程，結果他花了五個小時才到台中。

他建議高鐵可以提供更透明資訊，方便乘客選擇。例如如果知道修復需要很長的時間，他可能再怎麼擠也要擠上接駁車，或等下一班接駁車；也許有商務旅客趕搭飛機，會選擇叫計程車，資訊愈透明，愈能方便旅客選擇。

【朱俊彥／台中報導】在百貨公司連鎖生活用品店工作的林姓男子(29歲)，原本2日要調往桃園分店，1日與搬家工人約好搬家，但搬家工人卻找不到他，在台北的陳姓女友相當著急，搭車南下找他，找來房東打開房門，發現他陳屍在臥室地板，全身出現屍斑，屋內的電腦開啟還在播放音樂。 由於現場沒有打鬥痕跡，門窗未被破壞，死者身上沒有明顯外傷，警方初步排除他殺嫌疑。確切死因仍待檢察官相驗查明。
 
陳女向警方表示，她從上月30日與男友失聯，透過電話、LINE找他都沒回，覺得很擔心，才去找他，沒想到男友突然死亡。

參加台日交流賽的中華隊，4日28名球員將全員到齊，全力備戰，3日總教練呂明賜說「若以我個人目前的初步規劃，3戰中的2戰，會讓王躍霖、郭俊麟各先發1場」。中華隊將於4日下午5時報到，5日晚在新莊球場練球。

台日交流賽11月8至10日連三天開打，8、9日兩天在新莊棒球場舉行，開打時間分別為18時30分以及18時，10日移師天母棒球場，開打時間為18時。

中華隊尚未全員到齊，目前旅外球員在台中集訓，由教練葉君璋負責操兵，因此中華隊總教練呂明賜還無法掌握全隊的狀況，呂總說「明天（4日）報到之後，我們會開一個簡單的會議，屆時，我們才能了解每一名旅外球員狀況，包括球團的要求，投手每一戰能投幾個球，哪些球員只能打擊、不能守備等」。

不過依照先前在天津東亞運的投手分工以及每名旅外投手的特質，呂總承認初步規劃，確實是想讓王躍霖、郭俊麟各先發一場，至於另一場是誰？會不會是效力日職橫濱DeNA隊的鄭凱文，呂總說「還要進一步了解他的狀況」。

呂總日前即表示「這次的台日交流賽，將會盡量給旅外球員上場，希望藉此多多了解旅外球員的狀況，為明年的仁川亞運作準備」。

中華隊28人名單有投手12名，包括：倪福德、王躍霖、陳敏賜、鄭凱文、羅嘉仁、郭俊麟、羅華韋、陳禹勳、張賢智、謝榮豪、林逸翔、羅國華；捕手3名：張進德、黃佳瑋、劉時豪；內野手7名：李杜軒、陳俊秀、林 瀚、蕭帛庭、郭銘仁、陳偉志、郭阜林；外野手6名：陽岱鋼、蔣智賢、林哲瑄、陳品捷、林旺衛、羅國龍。

王陽明、高以翔被票選為「最佳全民殺手」，他們日前拍攝上海愛情喜劇《錢多多煉愛記》，劇中王陽明對高以翔有情愫，第3集便上演「男男吻曖昧情節」，拍攝當天他們拿著劇本偷笑不止，王陽明上場前還不忘吃口香糖，2人一共親了3回，他還連連稱讚高以翔：「嘴唇滿軟的！」

劇中王陽明扮演嬌媚型男，和高以翔是大學同學，同為高富帥代表，還不斷對高以翔未婚妻錢多多（尹航飾演）展開熱烈追求，使出渾身解數送花、禮物和華服，更不顧形象半裸，露出上臂半甲紋身和性感人魚線「色誘」。但他真實目的不是要當「小王」，原來他迷戀高以翔以久，一切都只為測試錢多多忠誠度，最終宣告誘惑失敗，才甘願放手祝福，在離別前仍忍不住對高以翔吻別示愛。

該劇為王陽明進軍大陸首部戲劇作品，初次挑戰男男戀情他下足功夫，私下請教同志好友，討論、研究人物個性，他被建議眼神、表情、互動的細節除了自然外，還要注意「美感」，一場他和高以翔喝醉在沙發上，他語氣輕柔撒嬌，還緩緩躺在高肩膀上，眼神流露出滿滿愛意，讓導演相當驚艷。

王陽明私下同志朋友多，彼此常大方搭肩摟腰，演出時才不覺得彆扭。他和高以翔私下不大熟識，合作後收工常一起聚會喝酒、聽音樂，還會相約看籃球賽事，讓經紀人笑虧：「有吻有差喔！」該劇於搜狐視頻熱播中，精彩吻戲於明（5）日播出，劇組大賣關子透露，劇情走向尺度大，養眼畫面還在後頭。
