我想design house M m N R r 奇景 群聯 慧榮 高通 博通 nvidia 展訊 海思 三星 還有一些，一堆薪水都比Tsmc高吧!! 標題[好雷] 我的意外爸爸

雷 比想像中好看 主旨就是說明:野野宮良多學習當個好爸爸的過程 良多雖然是個社會菁英 家庭看起來也很和諧 但實際上他卻是個失職的父親 這點從家族遇到考驗時顯露無遺 原來自己的小孩不是親生 親生小孩被齊木家養走 於是可以看到菁英形象逐漸瓦解 比起野野宮的優雅 齊木可是草根性十足 一開始給人的感覺是粗俗貪小便宜 尤其是對照野野宮家像是從教科書走出來的中產階級 就更明顯 可是隨著劇情發展 齊木的評價卻是節節上升 不但對人處事圓融 對家人更是有愛 反觀良多 卻是相當自我中心 甚至有點無情 對妻子 小孩也疏於關心 在事件發生後 竟然開始算計比較小孩 甚至想用錢把兩個小孩都買回來 (這段不但戲中人物傻眼 連觀眾也是 聽到後方有人罵:靠 這種話他也說得出來喔) 仔細分析 會發現良多以為只要把一切安排好 事情就會如計畫發展 這種想法或許在工作上OK 但對人就不太OK 人的感情不可能被安排好 親情也無法因為安排而有所連結 沒有花時間和心思累積 親情是無法建立的 而建立起來的親情 也無法一朝一夕就抹煞 一般人只要有感情 就無法否定這點 直到最後面 良多才理解這點 也才開始改變 就我來看 結局對劇中人物來說只是個開始 尤其對良多來說才是個當好爸爸的起點而已 題外話 有看過最高的離婚 這齣日劇 應該會對片中兩大女角有所感觸吧 XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.57.53

標題[閒聊] 主管好像很沒安全感

最近發現一件事情, 部門內有人只要講電話(內線分機) 主管就會起身離開自己位置 跟在旁邊看 跟在旁邊聽... 客戶打來馬上跟到員工旁邊聽 部門助理打來問進度 順便閒聊一下 互相抱怨一下客戶 講個一分鐘剛剛客戶發生好笑的事情 主管也會起身來此員工旁邊聽..看看是哪個助理打來的.. 基本上 我所有信件都會CC給主管 要是客戶打來也會馬上去主管那邊報告進度 這樣搞得我壓力好大 還被客戶說幹嘛那麼嚴肅 說些好笑的事情妳都不笑... (因為客戶不知道我主管在旁邊阿...) 該怎增加主管的安全感呢? 他好像很不信任底下的員工.. 大家的主管會這樣嗎? 謝謝~ p.s主管當上管理職已有一年 沒有發生過出包的事情. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.70.70.187

頂新集團的味全公司代工廠涉嫌造假和標示不實，衛福部決祭出重罰！衛福部3日證實，頂新從大統購買橄欖油與芥花油，製成「味全」與「健康廚房」品牌共21件商品。衛福部次長許銘能表示，若經調查後確定頂新知情未報，則將重罰1500萬元；味全3日也召開記者會澄清，此次因源頭控管不確實，造成混油風波，即日起也會自行下架，並開放民眾退費。

知名油廠連日垮台！繼老牌油品大廠福懋油品日前被驗出6款橄欖油標示與內容物不符，3日衛福部又臨時召開記者會，證實由頂新製油公司代工的味全公司，有「歐風黃金嚴選調和油」、「珍饌寶嚴選調和油」等21款油品使用大統長基橄欖油混充，已通知賣場下架。

衛福部1日啟動油安行動，號召全國22縣市衛生局，出動805人，擴大稽查市售食用油脂產品原料及添加物標示情形。截至3日共稽查了1922家賣場與餐廳，共7665件油品，其中有129件標示不符規定，其原因多為成分標示不符，如將調和油標示為純油，或者調和油標示與內容物不符。

雖然味全日前發出聲明，標榜「味全」與「健康廚房」品項的油品經過嚴格品質把關，並符合政府規範，但屏東縣衛生局卻在味全委託代工的頂新製油廠發現購買自大統的黃橄欖油、綠橄欖油與葵花油。

目前頂新製油廠中，來自大統的221桶油已封存，目前已得知大統的銅葉綠素油曾賣給頂新屏東廠與福懋台中場。許銘能在記者會上表示，頂新的油品還在清查，其中有問題的產品包含純油與調和油，涉嫌造假和標示不實。若查出頂新確實知情不報，則可開罰1500萬元。

味全公司3日召開記者會，總經理張教華說，味全一向要求產品品質，此次則是因為源頭控管不確實，才會發生混油的事件。財務長張美凰則表示，雖然有部分油品的來源是大統長基，但日前已經過美和科技大學，證明所有產品皆不含棉酚與銅葉綠素等有害人體的物質，安全無虞。味全公司目前也已將有疑慮的產品自行下架，並針對21項商品全面開放消費者退費。

衛福部3日公布的續查名單包含建豐100%特級純橄欖油、家福生產的家樂福特級初榨橄欖油、泰山DOMINGO進口純葡萄籽油、九品元生產的九品元特選白芝麻油等4項產品經檢驗後，經證實為合格油品。
