比國內憲法更早制定的「提審法」首度大幅修正，過去司法實務大多將提審事由限縮在「因犯罪嫌疑被逮捕、拘禁」，但是修法後，只要是被法院以外的任何機關逮捕、拘禁，例如移民署、陸委會下屬單位或是軍人遭關禁閉，不論是否有犯罪嫌疑，本人或他人都可聲請提審，由法官介入審查程序的合法性，避免行政法規剝奪人身自由。

司法院指出，修正後的提審法十月底已送交立法院審議，可望今年十二月通過審查，明年底正式上路。

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】美國康乃狄克州立中央大學(Central Connecticut State University)，當地時間4日早上疑遭槍手闖入，發布封鎖緊急警報，要求所有人待在室內尋找安全的地方躲避，並宣布下午停課，警方隨即封閉校園，並進入校區展開搜捕。

最新消息指出，警方已逮捕一名嫌犯，但尚未解除校園封鎖，呼籲校內人員仍需躲在安全的地方，警方表示將於當地4日下午4點(台灣時間5日清晨5點)召開記者會說明。

標題[請問] 有自動幫檔案命名的軟體嗎?

標題[心得] 華為3G轉WIFI分享器/路由器使用心得(圖文

無音樂網誌版 http://hellotasha.pixnet.net/blog/post/293878793 違規請告知謝謝 一直以來Tasha到香港 都是使用one2free的上網服務 不過其實手機裡面放的都不是這家的sim卡 而是台灣的門號卡 是說one2free雖然上網超快 網路又穩定 不過再怎麼樣 很多事項還是要用台灣的號碼來聯繫 所以一開始Tasha出國都是以2隻手機在行動的 (一隻舊款的iphone放台灣門號 另一隻新款iphone裝香港one2free) 而因為每次出門前 都要把兩隻手機的電力備好 久了實在有點麻煩 所以莫約半年前 Tasha便不堪其擾 入手了華為的熱點分享器 熱點分享器不知為何 在香港跟台北買都是貴爆 所以從大陸選購了這款華為E5331 價錢整個漂亮很多 (但記得要挑香港可用的版本 因為大陸的手機訊號類型跟台港並不一樣) 寄到的時候比想像中大盒 打開裡面有好多小東西 華為雖在台灣也有上市手機 但其實是大陸公司 所以很多東西寄來都是寫簡體中文的 E5331原廠是配一顆電池 大概可以用5個小時 但本人是上網狂熱分子 所以很認命的再多買一顆原廠電池 以及座充 說明書都是英文的 而電池除了可以用座充充以外 還可以放在主機內插著USB充 這點頗方便 座充剛開始用的時候有點傻眼 想說電池根本不可能放進去阿 後來才發現座充可以伸縮 (好神奇的東東 這款熱點分享器的主機背面打開 就跟一般手機一樣 可以放入sim卡跟電池 主機背蓋上有名稱跟密碼 sim卡槽是一般大小的 所以若是用iphone4或5等已經剪成小卡的話 還要裝上轉卡器才可以 開/關機只要按最右邊這顆按鍵數秒即可 非常簡單 開機之後會先4個訊號燈全亮數秒 然後隨即變成只有電池燈閃爍 (正常電力時電池燈會閃綠色 快沒電時則閃紅色 而要是位於一些電信公司訊號較差的地方 訊號燈會變成橘色 訊號差到不行的時候 則會變紅色 主機正面4個燈當中 有個信封的圖案 若是這個信封燈閃爍的話 就表示這個sim卡號碼有收到簡訊 需把這張sim卡放到手機中才能讀取 而要連接這個分享器上網非常簡單 只要到手機設定的wifi這邊打開 連上與背蓋上相同的名稱 再輸入密碼即可 是說雖然很簡單使用 但因為有些上網卡是需先設定的 (例:香港one2free需先在手機上選擇天數方案) 所以這種狀況下 還是先得在手機上都弄好了 再換過來放到分享器內 而在香港的時候 常常手機自動抓的電信業者是3電信 但又放了one2free的號碼在分享器內使用網路 所以就變成電信業者跟網路是不同家的狀況 此外上次到大陸的時候 明明手機上訊號都是滿格 但就是怎樣都無法上網 後來打開分享器才發現 sim卡根本就裝反了 所以手機顯示的只是分享器對應的訊號強弱 真正電信業者的訊號如何 還是要看分享器才準 分享器雖然在大陸買便宜很多 但因為法令的關係 這個產品目前無法寄到台灣 所以Tasha當時也是在香港收貨的 可能台灣買的話 比較好的選擇還是跟經銷商購買 華為因為有在台灣正式上市手機的關係 所以整個品質其實購買前並不擔心 用起來也挺不賴的 該公司每年幾乎都有新款的分享器上市 但這款到目前為止都還蠻實用的 價格也頗實惠 出國想上網又不想換門號的話 可以用用看喔 -- Tasha的小房間 http://hellotasha.pixnet.net/blog http://hello-tasha.blogspot.tw/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.203.67.122

這天住在中永和的在地朋友，帶我們到樂華夜市裡，去吃一家他從小吃到大的冰店：永美雪花冰

名稱上是寫冰磚，但其實就是綿綿冰，還蠻好吃的。

有原味的冰磚，也有各種口味的冰磚，像是草莓、巧克力、花生、煉乳。

菜單，各種口味的冰品琳瑯滿目，好難選呀。

新鮮芒果煉乳草莓冰磚 120元

這是草莓口味的綿綿冰，草莓的味道還蠻濃厚的，這種冰應該也不是真的完全用草莓下去做的，不過我也吃不出來。

他們的綿綿冰在我吃過中算是相當不錯的，個人覺得比「東湖大碗公」的口感還要好吃一些，

芒果的味道也不賴，不會甜過頭。

OREO 巧克力冰磚 85元

巧克力口味的綿綿冰，加上磨碎的 OREO、磨碎的硬花生仁、煉乳，口感也蠻不錯的，

OREO 吃起來不會覺得乾乾的，我沒有很愛OREO的一個原因就是因為乾，但磨碎後搭配冰吃就不會那麼明顯。

雙招牌綜合花生冰磚 85元

花生口味的綿綿冰，再淋上兩種口味的醬：

右邊是花生醬，左邊是芝麻，朋友們都說很香很夠味，但芝麻實在不是我喜歡的東西說。（笑）

最後上頭在加上一些碎花生仁，整體來說味道也蠻不錯的。

香蕉巧克力冰磚 90元

我覺得吃冰是蠻個人化喜好的，也就是很難說出哪種口味最好吃，要看個人喜好。

當然這香蕉也是不錯吃，台灣的水果真的不錯。

同場加映：三分甜爆漿雞蛋糕

這家爆漿雞蛋糕也在樂華夜市裡，接近尾端的地方。

是餐車型的攤位

烤好後的雞蛋糕會用電扇冷卻。

外表看起來是這樣的

內餡是卡士達，味道有點像淡了點的奶油，

整體來說是還不錯吃啦，但是說要說到有特色，可能還得再特別一點才行。
