民進黨雲林縣長初選激烈，日前民調結果出爐，由法務部前次長李進勇出線。不過，民調過程引發爭議，候選人之一、立委李應元日前去函民進黨中央要求調查民調疏失，並建議修訂黨內民調相關辦法，以健全黨後續選務發展。

民進黨民意調查委員會調查後指出，趨勢民調公司在設定監看部分「顯有疏失」，應給予罰款或停止委託；此外，現行「第一二三類公職候選人提名民意調查辦法」，對於防止誤導民調行為的規範「顯有不足」，委員會也決議增訂相關規定以維護民調公平性與準確性。

李應元陣營指出，執行民調的趨勢公司共四十六線電訪電話，但竟有高達廿六條線無法監聽；此外山水公司在民調過程也被發現有電訪員「登錄錯誤」。

民進黨中央指出，趨勢公司因安排訪員人數較多，導致有十四名訪員配合調度，在未監看前即已停止訪問，另因設定時間錯誤，並有十三名訪員在休息時登出電訪系統，導致僅有十九名訪員列入監看系統，委員會已決議應給予罰款或停止委託。另李應元建議也將列入黨內民調相關辦法的修正參考。

味全公司爆發問題油，北市府今天邀業者說明後續處理情形。法務局主任消保官陳信誠說，市府已和味全達成協議，從寬、從簡認定，民眾持消費憑證或油品，皆可到全台味全營業點、松青超市退費，期限至明年5月底，退費的信託基金從5000萬元提升至2億元。

女神舒淇力挺羅志祥，跨刀擔綱女主角合演不少親密戲，再次直擊舒淇精湛演技，羅志祥被嚇到腋下緊張出汗，甚至忍痛點頭答應剪掉所有對嘴鏡頭，只希望整支MV充斥劇情，精彩度直逼電影。而羅志祥至今仍有一個未實現的夢想，希望有朝一日能在泰國開唱，以完成和逝世爸爸許下的承諾。

羅志祥在新歌《未完的承諾》MV與舒淇再續前緣，因她檔期難喬，小豬體諒她率領劇組一行超過40人直奔北京拍攝，總花費高達500萬。其實小豬私下邀約舒淇3次，但她連用檔期滿婉拒，讓小豬好生失望，但事實上她早就答應小豬經紀人邀約，舒淇笑說：「我從小就是看小豬節目長大，覺得他好幽默，一直想整整他。」

兩人在MV中有許多親密戲，其中接吻一幕導演安排舒淇主動獻吻，稍微減輕小豬「親女神會緊張」的壓力。而原先安排舒淇狠甩小豬巴掌，擔心下手太重的她改成用嘴咬小豬，沒想到意外苦了自己，首先是因身高差距咬不到他肩膀，接著她擔心張嘴角度不美，最後竟不慎將口水滴在小豬肩上，讓舒淇直呼：「好尷尬。」

而上周日（3日）小豬以『最暢銷華語歌手』角色參加YouTube Music Awards亞洲首場演唱會，身為台上唯一受邀表演的華語歌手，他與韓國團體SHINee、miss A同台較勁。羅志祥《未完的承諾》MV於8日中午12點在羅志祥YouTube官方頻道首播，10日舉辦簽唱會。

食品藥物管理署10月29日就接獲屏東縣衛生局報告，頂新疑似向大統訂購原料油，但直到11月2日夜間食藥署才坦承此事；對於食藥署早知道卻遲遲未公布結果，食藥署北區管理中心主任馮潤蘭強調，所有事情都依照程序處理。

馮潤蘭表示，「我們已經用最大力氣、最快速度在處理。」她說，因為當時無法確認大統油是否為進口原料油，且業者拒不提供資料，29日當日就指示移送檢調，並未隱瞞。
