作者: 曹玉烱 小熊日前正式在記者會上宣布Rick Renteria成為球隊新任總教練，而Renteria在接下大 聯盟教頭職位後充滿信心的說，對年輕的小熊而言，未來就是現在。 Renteria說：「我得到一些球員的回應，他們的態度相當正面，我很期待與這些球員共事 。我不想成為吸引外界注意的人，這是球員的舞台，如果他們認為被球團賦予高度信任， 我們就有機會一起做些特別的事情。」 Renteria與小熊球員對話的其中1人是Starlin Castro，這位內野年輕主將曾在2011與 2012年繳出至少3成以上打擊率，但去年球季陷入低潮只有2成45。不過Renteria強調，現 在的小熊不需要有個嚴厲、事事都要提醒球員的教練。 「我認為所有人都在正面的資訊與激勵下自信的前進，儘管如此，我是能像隻狗般不斷向 他們吠，但最後球員會不理你，你得要與球員建立良好關係，讓他們了解到當你嚴肅面對 事情時，你就是認真的。」Renteria說道。 Renteria認為現在就是小熊奮起的時刻：「我感覺現在那些正要上大聯盟與現在陣中的球 員是將帶領球隊的迎向未來，我個人認為，未來就是現在。很明顯的，球隊戰力的深植與 補強都持續在做，這是非常重要的議題，我們對現有球員的能力有很有自信。」 沒有充沛的後勤補給，未來無異空談。坦承在芝加哥後重建前2年犯下錯誤的球隊總裁 Theo Epstein宣示球團會保持耐心、不對農場新秀操之過急的立場。 「我們告訴小球員們1件事『你想要升級嗎？那就主宰你的比賽，表現出來』一切都歸結 在場上的表現。如果你能在所屬層級宰制對手一段時間，你就能升上更高層級。」 Epstein說道。 來源網址:http://www.tsna.com.tw/index.php?q=node/47164 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.230.84.206
