【游芳男／宜蘭報導】入冬首波寒流來襲，海拔近2000公尺高的宜蘭太平山森林遊樂區，溫度直直落，今凌晨溫度一度驟降至攝氏零下2度，但因乾冷，濕氣不足，並未下雪。
 
太平山莊經理郭奕初表示：今凌晨時，山區積水處曾結小薄冰，不過到今上午6時，出太陽後均融化，直到今上午9時許，太平山莊溫度仍維持0度上下。昨晚，住宿山莊的遊客約100人，絕大部分是預定的房客，今一早，有10多名旅客上山，想賭運氣看能不能一賞雪景。

漲有線收視費 NCC首度核准 　通傳會(NCC)昨(27)日審核通過8縣市2014有線電視收視費，其中新永安及南天因為推動 數位化積極，各調漲每月收視費5元，這也是NCC自2005年以來，首次同意業者漲高收視費 ，突破過去只降不漲慣例。 　由於後續各縣市政府將參考NCC這次審議標準決定2014年收視費漲跌幅度，因此， 市場預期新永安及南天開了先例之後，多家有線電視收視費明年有機會跟進調漲。 　NCC副主委兼發言人虞孝成表示，新永安數位化比率71.83％，全台最高，明年漲價 影響用戶數約14萬4,000戶，南天用戶約7萬6,000，合計兩家共22萬戶收視費明年漲。 　新永安漲後明年每月收視費515元，南天510元，都比今年各多了5元。 　NCC表示，這次委員會議係依照業者提供的收視服務品質、各經營區的發展程度、 城鄉差異、人口密度及所得與就業情形、業者提供的頻道數量與品質，以及落實數位化推 動等指標綜合考量，經核定後的2014年基本頻道收視費落在480~575元之間。 2013-11-28 01:49 工商時報 【記者林淑惠／台北報導】 http://news.chinatimes.com/tech/171706/122013112800608.html -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.148.46

【陳詩璧／綜合報導】台北地檢署29日偵辦鈉奶粉殺嬰案，緊急提訊在押的女嬰伯母鄒雅婷，鄒女的委任律師周武榮上午先透露，鄒女胃部有腫瘤，請求能否保外就醫，之後再澄清沒有罹患癌症，而檢察官下午見過鄒女後表示會予以考慮。

周武榮表示，鄒雅婷過去半年暴瘦10幾公斤，一直查不出原因，才會懷疑罹患癌症。29日見到鄒女時，她情緒激動，對家人感到非常抱歉，這件事情完全是她自己一個人，一時失慮所造成的，還說如果有機會，希望緗緗母親可以原諒她，鄒雅婷要用下半輩子，替她做任何事情。另外也說到，如果知道弟妹要開記者會，一定會向家人承認這件事情，後來因為新聞事件越滾越大，她就不敢面對。鄒雅婷說，希望社會大眾跟弟妹可以原諒她的行為。

而檢警也在緗緗最後喝的奶粉罐上，發現3枚可以辨認的指紋，會再追查，是否有第2名嫌犯。

桃園縣蘆竹鄉代王貴芬掌摑長庚護士，昨天被檢察官以10萬元交保後，王貴芬決定明天上午10:40分到長庚醫學大樓送花給護士道歉，再上10樓聽主治醫師談她父親的病情。

至於被害人是否接受道歉，長庚暫不回應。
