| 華碩重申威盛鉅額求償應係商業干擾手段

回應威盛(2388)！華碩(2357)昨(19)日晚間再度重申立場，聲明華碩相當尊重智慧財產權，不過，此一無稽且於法無據對華碩提出的鉅額民事索賠，已經傷害到華碩股東的權益。再加上威盛新聞稿及記者會並無法提出有說服力的說明，華碩內部仍然認為威盛求償應係商業手段，有意圖干擾華碩營業之嫌，並深信法院必將釐清曲直與是非。
華碩表示，威盛19日記者會上說明對智慧財產權的重視與華碩秉持的立場一致，華碩發言人張偉明表示，威盛在記者會上一再強調希望透過訴訟保護公司股東權益，但是否有同理心想到，此一無稽且於法無據對華碩提出的巨額民事索賠，已經傷害到其股東的權益。
另外，華碩認為，由於威盛公司新聞稿及記者會並無法提出有說服力的說明，故仍然認為威盛提出鉅額求償，應係商業手段，而有意圖干擾華碩營業之嫌。
華碩深信，法院必將釐清曲直與是非。
關於威盛昨日記者會上對外聲稱，其係依刑事訴訟法第487條等規定，以華碩、祥碩公司董事長沈振來及總經理林哲偉等人為「依民法負賠償責任之人」之共同侵權人，對此，華碩表示，臺北地檢署已對祥碩董事長沈振來及總經理林哲偉作出不起訴處分。
華碩進一步表示，其並非上述刑案的被告，華碩與祥碩為依法獨立的兩家公司。華碩對祥碩公司或其員工，均非「依民法負賠償責任之人」，故威盛恣意將華碩指為「依民法負賠償責任」的共同侵權人，而對華碩提起鉅額的附帶民事請求，明顯於法無據，純屬商業干擾之手段，並不足採。

南韓《朝鮮日報》報導，北韓領導人金正恩之所以會剷除前二把手張成澤及其黨羽，有可能是來自已故領導人、金正恩之父金正日的遺訓。張成澤生前金援金正恩同父異母的大哥金正男，近日行蹤不明，但其子金韓松16日卻現身法國巴黎政治學院宿舍。
《朝鮮日報》引述南韓的北韓戰略情報服務中心主任李允傑（音譯）的話說，「據我所知，金正日對張成澤龐大的勢力和人脈產生戒心，所以留下『小心張成澤』的遺訓。」
他說，金正日腦溢血臥病後，張成澤開始安插自己人，甚至偷看勞動黨組織指導部上呈金正日的祕密報告。據說，金正日得知後極為憤怒。換言之，張成澤在金正日生前就開始培養自己的勢力，也為日後種下殺身之禍。
據悉，金正日在遺書中寫道，「要警惕隱藏在我們隊伍中的宗派分子，做好應對危險的準備」，雖未點名張成澤，但字裡行間已有警告之意。
張成澤生前曾大力金援流亡海外的金正日長子金正男，有傳聞張成澤有意另立金正男為接班人。張成澤12日被處決後，金正男及其子也是金正恩的侄子金韓松，一度失去行蹤。
韓聯社報導，金韓松16日現身法國巴黎政治學院的宿舍，當天他在2至3名便衣警察陪同下，回到宿舍。報導指出，金韓松去年10月接受芬蘭電視台採訪時表示，不清楚金正恩是如何成為權力接班人。父親金正男對政治沒有興趣。這是爺爺與叔叔之間的問題，他沒有見過他們。
