Steam 這個著名的遊戲商城管理平台，最近在舉辦聖誕節--跨年的冬季大折扣，在活動的中間只要你購買遊戲或是參與投票就有機會能夠獲得雪景卡片，這些卡片能夠兌換獎品或徽章或是販賣，一位日本玩家因此完成了 100 級的雪景獎勵，花費超過 3000 美金。

Steam 不只賣你遊戲軟體，連你玩遊戲過程時會掉落的「卡片」（類似於成就的東西）都能夠販賣，只要蒐集到足夠的組合就能夠合成成徽章，至於這個徽章能做什麼？嗯...大多數時候是讓玩家看了開心的而已，少數時候會有兌換獎品的設計。本次 Steam 的聖誕冬季販賣活動就設計了「雪景卡片」的收集活動，只要你參與票選或是購買遊戲就能夠累積進度來蒐集卡片，而這次卡片集到組合就能夠兌換不同遊戲的遊戲內商品，甚至有些相當值錢。

不過賣商品還不夠，Steam 連你賣出的卡片都要抽一點手續費，而單純為了蒐集徽章而買卡片的也大有人在，一位日本玩家 palmdesert 被發現獲得了「一百級」的 Holiday Sale 2013 閃亮徽章，這個閃亮徽章必須得先達到「普通徽章」的 1000 級才能夠開始累積，一組 10 張升一級，目前普通版本的「聖誕雪景卡片」一張價格約在 0.15 美金，也就是說，如果這位玩家的卡片都是靠購買的話，他花的錢將會是  1.50 x 1000 = 1500，而達到閃亮徽章之後必須用「閃亮雪景卡片」來組合才能升級，目前閃亮雪景卡片一張大概是 15.9 美金，100 級封頂，價格大約是 15.9 x 100 = 1590，總和為 3090 元。

▲ 覺得花 3000 美金在單純的徽章上太奇葩了嗎？這位日本玩家還在 Steam 上購買了 2086 款遊戲以及 2058 個 DLC。

或許你會認為花 3000 美金去組成徽章是件「太超過」的事情，但是這位玩家同時還擁有著 2086 款遊戲以及 2058 個 DLC，還有 778 個蒐集徽章（包括聖誕閃亮徽章在內），3000 美金在這些數字面前好像就顯得微不足道，這位自稱 32 歲的日本玩家完美詮釋了一句遊戲格言：「只要能夠農，就會有人來農」。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】苗栗縣大埔農地強制徵收案，台中高等行政法院昨更一審判決，政府對張藥房等4戶的房地強制徵收違法，判決撤銷徵收。《蘋果》民調指出，有6成7民眾，認為強徵訴屋不合理應還地，內政部不該上訴。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，另有近1成8的受訪者認為都市更新徵地合理，內政部應該上訴；14.81%的人則無意見。該調查昨天以電腦語音輔助訪問，有效樣本459份，抽樣方法以全國住宅電話為抽樣母體編冊隨機抽樣。

【胡治言／綜合報導】多名反核人士名字去年被經濟部當成關鍵字連結擁核，這些姓名被當成關鍵字的當事人，近日將向經濟部請求國賠，創下首例。

今日出刊的《自由時報》報導，經濟部能源局去年花10萬元，向搜尋引擎購買92個關鍵字連結擁核網站，其中被買下的名人有柯一正、劉黎兒、李卓翰、方儉等人，爸爸非核陣線召集人李卓翰表示，下週將集體至經濟部遞交訴願，若無回應與道歉，將提出國賠，象徵性要求一元。
