【蔡進男／基隆報導】高雄籍漁船「正財利號」，4日在釣魚台東南方130浬處火燒船，船上有2名台灣籍、3名印尼籍船員，海巡署「和星艦」馳援，救起1名被鯊魚咬傷的印尼船員，其他4人失蹤，目前仍搜救中，和星艦預計明天凌晨1時許，載運漁工返回基隆港就醫。

去(2013)年10月底進軍洛杉磯的台灣房屋，跨出海外房市布局的第一步，台灣房屋首席總經理彭培業今(7)日表示，未來在投資房市將走全球化布局趨勢，下一個布點將在舊金山，預計在今年下半年。

彭培業表示，未來房市受到的干擾因素非常多，未來房價變動速度會越來越快，受到外界干擾因素越來越多，房價將會一季一變；掌握台灣房市必須考慮全球趨勢，從貨幣的角度來看，儘管國內有很多學者強調QE減碼後的效應，包括美元走強，彭培業認為，最直接就是影響匯率變動，進而影響進出口產業，但這影響是有差別性的，指出未來會有以下趨勢： 1.全球布局。

彭培業以日本東京為例，東京的有申奧題材將會帶動一波漲幅，建議2018年前下車。

2.謹慎選擇住宅。

彭培業舉例，為什麼溫州地產商跳樓？代表供給量過剩，房價追不上去，房價過高又沒有足夠需求，會受到殘酷檢驗，因此買屋時區域要慎選，才會有好的結果。

3.指標型豪宅。

真正具有稀有性、指標性的住宅仍舊經得起考驗，還會繼續漲，高價住宅和豪宅價格脫鉤。

彭培業建議，過去一直都以「區位」來選屋，對高房價推波助瀾，事實上房地產最後應該回歸到生活指標，建議民眾靜下心思考，以「生活氛圍」選屋，才會讓房價扁平化。

【動新聞／綜合報導】元旦晚上，台中市5名男子，與超商店員因找錯錢起口角，竟持球棒狠K超商店員。
 
超商人員表示，當時那些人很不可理喻，「感覺好像在找麻煩」，因為找錯了73塊錢，對方爭執後離去，不久之後，竟人手1根球棒返回，在便利商店旁遇到糾紛時出面調解的副店長，一群人揮舞球棒猛毆，江姓副店長被打得頭破血流，躲進隔壁檳榔攤，對方打紅了眼追進來，見人就打，還砸爛店內設備，警方獲報後調閱監視器，查出嫌犯身分傳訊到案說明，全案依傷害毀損罪嫌偵辦。
