【莊淇鈞／新北報導】新北市板橋1名30多歲的劉姓男子，今天下午2時許突然持水果刀到妻子工作的肉類食品工會，見妻子就一陣亂砍，一旁2名同事及1名洽公的民眾見狀上前營救也遭砍傷。劉男犯案後逃離現場。4名傷者則由救護車緊急送往醫院急救，所幸並無大礙。

闖下大禍的劉姓男子稍後自行前往派出所投案，警方調查，劉姓男子有多次家暴妻子的紀錄，妻子提告並取得保護令。劉男疑似心生不滿，今天下午竟持刀要去殺妻子，警方訊後將會依傷害罪嫌將劉男移送。

疑廟會釀災 損失50萬 民控警包庇 【湯寶隆╱高雄報導】高市一處民宅陽台上月遭祝融肆虐，案發前正好有廟會活動經過施 放煙火，屋主認為被鞭炮波及，報警處理，但三度報案都吃閉門羹，要求申辦廟會活動的 里長提供監視影像也遭拒，氣得質疑警方不僅吃案，還包庇里長。高市警局督察長陳福榮 則說，已要求分局徹查。 住鼓山區的蔡姓屋主表示，上月二十二日與妻子在家裡二樓看電視，突有鄰居急按電鈴， 告知「你家失火了！」才驚覺四樓前陽台起火，消防隊趕到將火撲滅，清點損失約五十萬 元。 遭嗆「吃誣告官司」 蔡姓屋主說，當時廟會活動經過家門口並施放煙火，一分鐘就發生火災，他到新濱派出所 報案，但申請廟會活動的人就是當地麗雄里里長王進益，當時坐在所內，他還沒開口，王 就對他說：「你家火災跟我沒關係。」他要報案，警員卻說：「你有證據嗎？亂告會吃上 誣告官司。」他只好回家，隔天再報案，仍吃閉門羹。 蔡說，家中監視器可看到有人在門口施放鞭炮，但無法看到鞭炮是否射入陽台，他發現鼓 元、麗雄街口有監視鏡頭對著家門口，多次要里長提供，里長藉故推託，二十五日第三度 報案，警員仍不受理，他認為警方不理，里長又袒護廟方，讓他求助無門。 派出所：沒不受理 高市警局督察長陳福榮說，民眾報案沒有不受理的理由，已要求督察人員徹查。王進益說 ，火警報告尚未出爐，若是施放鞭炮引起，廟方會負責，監視器畫面已提供警方。派出所 所長張舒瑜說，沒有不受理，當初是蔡同意等火災鑑定報告出爐才提告。高市消防局說， 廟會放煙火法律未禁止，希望主辦單位注意安全。 預防警察吃案自保之道 ．記下受理警員姓名或臂章編號 ．檢視筆錄內容，發現不符可要求補充或重做 ．要求警方開具報案三聯單 ．若拒開三聯單，可逕向督察單位投訴 ．可憑三聯單流水號，三天後上警政署網站查詢 資料來源：高雄市警局 http://www.appledaily.com.tw/appledaily/article/headline/20131009/35350031/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.57.62
