【王家俊／台北報導】考試委員黃俊英病逝，考試院長關中日前親自主持治喪委員會議，考試院今發布新聞稿說，經討論後家屬決定公祭時間訂於1月22日（星期三）下午2時，假台北市立第二殯儀館景仰廳舉行。

此外，關中在16日考試院會發表敬悼黃俊英感言，讚許黃是位謙謙君子，專業和敬業的態度，更是有目共睹。這一年來，他雖日漸消瘦、行動不便，但從不向人透露病情，也從未請過一天病假，直到去逝前一個月，才以休假方式向院會請假，或請其他委員代理工作。

【李英婷／台北報導】國民黨立委蔡正元下午再爆料，交通部長葉匡時5日豪華宴上與性感女歌手對唱情歌。蔡接受訪問時表示，葉若想息事寧人、動不動就掉淚處理，這事就沒法好好處理。

蔡正元說，他只是在提醒葉匡時要注意，只是以立委身分在問部長，有沒有那卡西、有沒有美女合唱，「有就有，沒有就沒，簡單回答。」

蔡正元強調，他沒有要葉限時回答，只是希望他說清楚，「動不動就哭哭啼啼，怎麼領導交通部啊，百姓因為eTag欲哭無淚了。」 蔡還說，他也沒要葉離職，做一天和尚，就把鐘敲好。

對葉匡時不排除告蔡正元，蔡正元則說，歡迎他來提告，「他提告我，我就把他移送監察院。」

【劉昌松／台北報導】台聯黨主席黃昆輝不滿提案公投ECFA遭駁回，打行政訴訟救濟，但台北高等行政法院審理認為，ECFA的內容涉及逐步減少或消除貨品貿易關稅障礙，屬於《公投法》中禁止公投的事項，中選會依公投審議委會員決議，駁回ECFA公投案有理，因此判決黃昆輝敗訴。黃還可上訴。

【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】日本長野縣一名32歲男子，竟對自己的5歲女兒下手，把女兒當AV女優，強迫拍裸照，昨日當地警方將男子逮捕。

據日本《產經新聞》報導，這名男子在去年6月，在自家猥褻女兒，並強拍女兒下體。男子的妻子在去年11月發現這些猥褻照，於是報警，昨日男子遭到逮捕。

【李彥初／綜合報導】日本天才童星蘆田愛菜主演的新劇《明天，沒有媽媽》，15號在日本首播後引發爭議，熊本縣熊本市經營「送子鳥搖籃」的慈惠醫院昨開記者會，抗議該劇醜化孤兒院和不人道對待兒童，部份劇情也涉嫌侵犯人權，要求電視台停播。
 
《明天，沒有媽媽》是由《無家可歸的小孩》王牌編劇野伸司監製，以日本孤兒院為背景，描述孤兒院裡面的兒童面對和親人分離外，還要適應各種生活，劇中還有孤兒院職員罵小孩、要求他們要裝哭博取同情以及小孩遭霸凌的的情節。

【李彥初／綜合報導】107歲香港影視大亨邵逸夫（六叔）逝世，今天在邵氏影城舉行「邵逸夫先生追思會」。香港藝人陸續抵達現場致意，鍾鎮濤、前無綫總經理陳志雲、曾志偉、萬梓良等人先後前來看六叔。
 
天王劉德華(華仔)稍晚抵達禮堂鞠躬，離開時未有受訪，曾拍攝邵氏電影的鍾楚紅（紅姑）一身黑到場追思。歌神張學友也來到會場紀念爵士。

eTag頻出問題，遠東集團董事長徐旭東日前面對媒體採訪時說出「你喜歡退就退」等話，民進黨籍高雄市議員陳信瑜認為國道是全民的，不應差別對待用路人，遠通應秉持服務精神，非情緒性發言，因此明天將在高雄市發起「拒裝eTag，上國道快閃」行動。

陳信瑜今天指出，明天早上9點40分的「拒裝eTag」快閃行動，會在苓雅區中正運動場集合，現場發放相關貼紙給到場的民眾貼在車身上、呼口號，然後一路集結上高速公路到路竹交流道下，正好20公里，以示抗議。
