試院治喪　黃俊英22日公祭

【王家俊／台北報導】考試委員黃俊英病逝，考試院長關中日前親自主持治喪委員會議，考試院今發布新聞稿說，經討論後家屬決定公祭時間訂於1月22日（星期三）下午2時，假台北市立第二殯儀館景仰廳舉行。

此外，關中在16日考試院會發表敬悼黃俊英感言，讚許黃是位謙謙君子，專業和敬業的態度，更是有目共睹。這一年來，他雖日漸消瘦、行動不便，但從不向人透露病情，也從未請過一天病假，直到去逝前一個月，才以休假方式向院會請假，或請其他委員代理工作。
