開發金併購案　辜二少判刑定讞

辜家二少辜仲被控擔任開發金控總經理時，利用併購金鼎證機會，套利上億元，但高院認定辜僅部署購股未觸法，不過辜另在大量收購環華證金股票時，與開發國際董事長吳春台違反《證交法》的強制公開收購規定，因此判2人各4月徒刑，得易科罰金12萬元。最高法院今駁回上訴，全案定讞。

一審原判辜6月徒刑，但高院昨認定，辜等人本就有權代表公司簽約，因此僅以違反《證交法》的強制公開收購規定，輕判辜、吳4月徒刑。 (法庭中心／台北報導)
