318周年加強維安？　陳威仁：警方有準備

明天是三一八學運周年，學運團體有意重回立法院旁辦晚會。內政部長陳威仁說，台灣是民主法治國家，任何公民團體都有權表達訴求，但也呼籲要理性、和平，依照相關法令。媒體追問，立院維安是否提高？陳說，警方都有充分準備。

媒體詢問，是否擔心學生有動作？立法院長王金平今受訪指出，維安小組會處理，跟台北市警察局還有保六都有聯繫，相信大家都會理性表達訴求。(郭建伸、陳培煌／台北報導)
