興業銀行：新聞指標顯示 Fed將於6月升息

根據興業銀行指出，過去一個月，突顯美國經濟強勢的新聞報導，如雨後春筍般竄出，顯示聯準會(Fed)將在6月採取初次升息行動。

該投資銀行擁有自己的每月「新聞指標」，計算突顯經濟成長新聞的數量。

傳統上，這類指標已證實對金融資產價格而言，非常敏感，興業銀行說。這些指標通常領先趨勢幾個月時間，興業銀行指出。

在經歷了幾個月後，美國新聞指標終於觸底。根據該銀行指出，這應讓Fed更有信心於6月採取行動。

興業銀行的全球新聞指標，亦已上升。這削弱了全球經濟疲弱當促使Fed按兵不動的觀點。

1月，Fed在其政策聲明中，以「國際發展」為理由，對升息保持耐心。

興業銀行現在則預期，Fed在下周的政策會議中，將自利率指引中，取消「耐心」措辭。
