首位中國籍女性　當選國際民航組織秘書長

國際民航組織（ICAO）第204屆理事會在加拿大總部投票選出下任秘書長，中國提名的現任國際民航組織行政服務局局長柳芳成功當選。柳芳是國際民用航空組織歷史上首位中國籍秘書長，也是首位女性秘書長。

1962年2月出生的柳芳是武漢大學國際私法博士、碩士，荷蘭萊頓大學航空及空間法碩士，南京大學法語言文學學士。自1987年起，先後擔任中國民航總局國際合作司副處長、處長、副司長。2007年進入國際民航組織工作，擔任國際民航組織行政服務局局長至今。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
