蘋果有望挺進InFO 外資上調台積目標價

4G智慧機帶動、蘋果有望採用台積電（2330）低成本InFO封裝，10奈米效能改善，港系外資看好台積電市占、ROIC、獲利和現金流持續向上，重申買進評等，將目標價從171元上調至191元，調升2015~2017年每股獲利預期7%、12%、14% 分別上看13.07元、14.31元、16.05元。

港系外資指出，預期4G智慧機2015~2017年複合出貨成長率可達32%，4G晶片持續轉進28/20/16/10奈米，台積電有望持續受惠，此外由於10奈米極紫外光（EUV）技術應會在2017~2018年採用，預期將可明顯減少光刻成本至於台積電力拱的InFO低成本封裝，

港系外資認為，蘋果將會在2016年第2季或第3季率先採用，相較其他二線廠商14奈米製程和缺乏InFO相關方案，預期台積電將可會100%提供16奈米A10處理器，而高通和聯發科也將在2017年採用台積電InFO方案（陳俐妏／台北報導）
