費雪：Fed應立馬升息

達拉斯Fed總裁費雪（Richard Fisher）周一表示，一旦能源價格回穩，通膨將立刻反彈，美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）現在就該啟動升息，之後再緩步調升，太晚採取行動、初期升幅過猛，風險高。

費雪說，儘管薪資增長仍遲緩，但那是落後指標，若經濟持續以現有速度成長，年底失業率將降至4.5%，創8年來新低，他表示：「有人說我們能以較陡峭的基準利率升息路徑，取代早點啟動升息，但我認為那樣做的風險很高，寧可早點升息後再慢慢調升。」

費雪已任職Fed 10年，本月稍晚將卸下央行職務。（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
