被美指構成威脅委國將回應

（路透卡拉卡斯10日電）委內瑞拉外長羅德里格斯（Delcy Rodriguez）今天表示，委國即將回應美國宣告其構成國家安全威脅並制裁7名委國知名官員的作法。

羅德里格斯告訴記者，「我們即將公布委內瑞拉對這些宣告的回應」；但不願進一步詳細說明。

美國高層官員表示，美國此一作法對委國的能源業並無直接衝擊。

這名官員在電話會議中告訴記者，「這些制裁不會產生直接效應」；並指出，此一作法也不會影響到美國總統行政命令所未指明的任何產業、個人及實體。中央社(翻譯)
