橡皮筋綁小雞雞　牠睪丸險漲破差點GG

苗栗縣苑裡鎮1隻公狗遭人用橡皮筋綁生殖器，睪丸腫大「幾乎漲破」，被路人發現送醫，切除睪丸才撿回一命。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，該隻公狗常出沒麥當勞，愛吃雞塊因此被叫「麥克」，日前有民眾發現牠的生殖器根部被綁了3圈橡皮筋，睪丸嚴重腫大險送命。

苗栗縣動物防疫所所長張俊義說，該行為已違反《動物保護法》，行為人可依法開罰。愛狗人士懷疑，可能有人想藉此讓牠結紮，或是惡意虐狗，但手法太過殘忍。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
