離職日遇放假年金有機會多領1個月

勞動部發布函釋，即日起，勞工離職日若剛好適逢放假日，公司雖只能待上班時再辦理勞保退保並申請勞保年金，但其年金將可追溯自離職次日起發給，勞工有機會因此多領一個月的年金。

勞動部勞保司長石發基舉例，若勞工離職日是今年二月廿七日，適逢二二八連假，公司只能三月二日上班日再辦理退保，由於已是三月，過去勞保年金會從三月開始發放，但現在可追溯到離職次日、二月廿八日，即能從二月開始月領勞保年金。
