中共人大會議開幕　李克強稱「穩中有進」

中國第12屆全國人大3次會議今早9時在人民大會堂正式開幕，國務院總理李克強發表2015年度政府工作報告，審查計劃報告和預算報告。

李克強說，回顧2014年，中國發展面臨的國際國內環境復雜嚴峻，「全球經濟復蘇艱難曲折，主要經濟體走勢分化。國內經濟下行壓力持續加大，多重困難和挑戰相互交織」。他並稱一年來中國經濟社會發展總體平穩，「穩中有進」。

此外，全國人大常委會委員長張德江表示，這次會議應出席代表2964人，今天的會議出席2907人，缺席57人，出席人數符合法定人數。（施旖婕／綜合報導）
