新協議 瓜地馬拉與宏都拉斯簽關稅同盟

瓜地馬拉總統培瑞斯（Otto Perez Molina）今天表示，瓜國與宏都拉斯簽訂關稅同盟，將於今年12月生效。這是中美洲統合「肯定且堅實」的一步。

培瑞斯與宏都拉斯總統耶南德茲（Juan Orlando Hernandez）、薩爾瓦多總統桑傑士（Salvador Sanchez Ceren）和美國副總統拜登（Joe Biden），過去兩天在瓜京商討有關草擬中美洲北三角「繁榮聯盟」（The Plan for the Alliance for Prosperity of the Northern Triangle）方案議題。

瓜宏兩國元首今天聯袂出席一項記者會，培瑞斯在會中作以上表示，他並推崇耶南德茲在簽署「瓜薩關稅同盟協定」所做的努力。

根據兩國於上月26日簽署的這項協定，自今年12月1日起，這兩個中美洲鄰國的人民與貨物，將可在兩國的共同邊界間自由往來和流通。

目前擔任中美洲統合體系 (The Central American　Integration System，西班牙文縮寫SICA）輪值主席的培瑞斯曾表示，推動中美洲各國關稅同盟是SICA的當務之急。瓜宏兩國盟約的簽訂將是中美洲統合「肯定且堅實」的一步。
