國防部軍政副部長陳永康接任

行政院今天表示，國防部軍政副部長由總統府戰略顧問陳永康上將退伍轉任，民國104年3月4日生效。

行政院指出，陳永康上將是海軍官校63年班、三軍大學海軍指揮參謀學院75年班、美國海軍戰院86年班，曾任艦隊長、駐美軍事代表團團長、國防部整合評估司司長、國防大學校長、副參謀總長執行官及海軍司令等重要職務，熟稔國際外交事務、國防採購、戰力評估、建軍規劃及軍事教育。
