台鐵缺員今年招逾千人

台鐵今年鐵路特考，第一階段開出七百卅個職缺，後續還有兩次增額機會，預估今年招收人數將超過一千一百人，創八年來新高。

台鐵新進人員流動率達三成。去年退休及離職人數出缺七百卅名，今年一口氣補足，並增額錄取四百餘人。

今年鐵路特考三月十日至十九日開放報名，六月十三日至十五日考試。高員三級月薪四萬四千元、員級三萬六千元、佐級三萬四千元，每年比照公務員可領一點五個月年終。
