恩智浦砸118億美元　併飛思卡爾

恩智浦（NXP）宣布以118億美元（3717億元台幣）現金加股票，收購同業飛思卡爾（freescale），合併市值超越400億美元，將成為車用及工業用半導體市場龍頭，並躍居全球第8大晶片廠，威脅德儀地位。

這是今年來全球半導體業第4起併購交易，凸顯產業正加速整併；若計入飛思卡爾債務，恩智浦收購價更高達167億美元，合併後年營收將超過100億美元，在類比晶片、MCU（Microcontroller Unit，微控制器）等半導體市場，對年營收130.5億美元的德儀（TEXAS INSTRUMENTS）形成更大威脅。

RBC分析師弗利曼（Doug Freedman）說：「從財務面看這筆交易合乎邏輯，擴大規模有助限縮產品周期及終端市場波動的衝擊。」（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
